Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is designed in such a way that students really get a chance to research and explore. The four year course gives you a valuable insight on every aspect of the field you study. The days for undergraduate students are usually chill.

Placement Experience

The placement cell of the college is really nice and students can placed in the fisheries and agricultural department. The stipend is also average. The internship opportunities are limited and students need to find on their own.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure for the B.tech course is around 3.6 Lakh for one year. The labs and facilities which are provided are at par which are in resonance to the fees. It is something which can be adjusted.

Campus Life

The extracurricular activities are ample and students get to explore other fields as well. There are guest sessions, workshops and seminars too held for the students. There is a great deal of tolerance regarding gender.

Admission

Admission to the college is based on the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by yhe KEA. The procedure is similar for BVsc and BFsc. I chose this course particularly as it interests me and I wanted to pursue it professionally.

Faculty

The faculty of the college is really nice and supportive. They try to make sessions interactive and less boring. They are enthusiastic in teaching a particular course and are always there for anything apart from academics too.

You need to have secured 60% or 6/10 CGPA in the undergraduate programme from a recognized university.The percentage criteria for SC/ST students is 5.5/10 or 50%. In order to seek admission in my course you need to clear Common Entrance Test as conducted by KEA. The age limit of the candidate should not exceed beyond 17 years. There is also a 5% relaxation given to SC/ST candidate.Other than that you need to secure 50% marks in PCB in class 12th from a recognized board.English is also a compulsory subject.You can apply online for this course.
