GLIM may seem expensive, but you have a good faculty here. Plus, many of the companies which come here offer a lot of jobs and placements for the students, hence you will be leaving with a great education and a placement.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is good and pretty interesting for us. There are around 4-5 specializations that the college offers as part of the diploma course. Hence, the curriculum is dependent on what you opt for.
Placement Experience
Yes. Great Lakes is actually very good with it's placements and job options after your program ends. They invite a lot of major companies here to the campus and your chance of landing a job is very high.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees are a bit expensive. The postgraduate diploma course is a two year course. The yearly fees are 5,81,000 lakh rupees. This means that the total fees for the entire course are over 11 lakh rupees.
Campus Life
The extracurricular activities of the students consist of a lot of sports. Cricket and other sports are fun to participate over here. Plus, the college has really nice infrastructure and you can use all the facilities.
Admission
According to the university, in order for admission to the pg diploma program, you need to take the CAT exam first. Pay the application fees and apply for the program through the application portal. Admission is based on your scores.
Faculty
Faculty is also decent. Some lecturers are on top of the material as well as shifting trends in the markets. Some are more focused on the existing theories. Overall, the professors are good at what they do.
