The courses offered in this college are B.A, B.Com, B.A (Hons), B.Com( Hons) in various specialisations. The course is of 3 years and semester based. Entire curriculum is simple and adaptable for students.

Placement Experience

There is no placement offered in our college. The college management is trying their level best to start the placement drives in our college and it can be expected in coming years. But, currently there is no such option.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of this college is very feasible and not at all expensive. It can be easily afforded by every student who is willing to pursue course from this college. The average fees is 4000 per year for most of the courses.

The extra curricular activities are good in our college. Every year several competitions are held which boosts up the confidence in students and motivates them to participate and win some medals for college.

Good Faculty but Average Campus Life

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum was relevant for beginners and covered important computer subjects like programming basics, DBMS, networking, and computer fundamentals. It helped in understanding the foundation of IT and software. However, the curriculum needs more practical sessions, coding practice, live projects and industry level skills. Exams were conducted semester wise with internal assessment, and the difficulty level was moderate. Overall the curriculum is good for basics, but it should be updated with more modern topics and practical learning.

Budget Best College For Students in Sonarpur

Placement Experience:

Mostly what i know, from 7th or 8th semester the students are eligible for the campus placements. Wipro, TCS, etc are the companies who come to recruit students from this college. The highest package is like 15 LPA, the average package is around 6-8 LPA. 50-60% of students get placement. After the degree, if i get the job i would like to purse MCA, while doing my job.

All our professors were very helpful and kind to everyone. They were always one step forward in helping us in every way possible. They were friendly and very knowledgeable. Our course curriculum had data analysis and econometrics, which every company looks for. The topics taught were relevant. Semester exams were not very easy, but our professors prepared us in every way. The pass percentage was approximately 85%. Students were among the top-ranked in the city.

The cutoff is very low, and there is 200-250 seats in the commerce department. The timing of awesome or January to March and timing of even sins are July to August. And the examination will be difficult the questions are cited and moderated by University of Calcutta.
