"Journey of a Medical Student in Dayanand College"

I do not have any negative remark on the overall functioning of the College. The college is capable of shaping the future of its students. They're possessing all necessary infrastructures and offer a very quite, cool atmosphere for the students.

The course curriculum is good. It less research oriented and more emphasis is on treatment and health care. The syllabus is vast and there are a lot of subjects to learn. Exams are properly done along with practicals and viva. It's too hard to go with the syllabus.

There is no particular placement available for MBBS students. After completion of the course, students either join government hospitals or any other private hospital for job. Many of the students also join for a post graduation course for getting better jobs.

As it is a private college, the fee structure is quite expensive. It is approximately 6 lakhs per year for an MBBS student. Annually the fees is increased too. And the amount is an exception of hostel, mess fees.

There is no scholarship or loan facility for students. In certain colleges, there are such facilities for reservation category, but Dayanand College do not provide such assistance. Students who could not afford the fees ought to find suitable loan facilities from any bank.

The college organises various seminars and workshops for enhancing the learning skills of students. Other than that there are cultural as well as sports related programs in the college. There is an equal treatment of both the genders. There is no political party who holds power.

Yes I've opted for hostel and it is okay here. The hostel authorities provide us with every necessary facilities and we're given sufficient freedom to do whatever we like. Food quality is good and cleanliness is too good in the hostel premises.

Senior students are very helpful, especially during exams. They provide us with notes and guidelines that are crucial in an exam point of view. Interaction with the senior students offers us confidence and a better understanding of the subject.

As Dayanand College has all the facilities and infrastructures, it is one of the best options for Medical students. Those who seek admission need to pass the entrance exam conducted by Dayanand College, followed by an Interview. It offers best Medical facility.

The faculty is good. They offer support at any stage. We're blessed to have such friendly, experienced doctors and teachers. Their experience guide us in numerous ways. We've always been inspired by them.
