Course Curriculum Overview
Cachar College employs a choice based credit system and the normal 6 semester 3 year program for most of the undergraduate courses. This is on par with most colleges and the departments also focus a lot on research and publications.
Placement Experience
This is one area where the college can show some improvement. You can do internships, but you have to find them on your own. The professors are of great help as they do at times help with the application and such.

The fee is not very high and is similar to the other colleges that offer bachelor courses. The fees comes out to be a total of 33,240 INR that is 11,080 INR per year. Honors courses are generally very expensive but this particular course is not.
Campus Life
There are many different events held in the college itself. The gender ratio is good and the college in general is not very strict. There are many different parties such as freshers party, farewell party etc. The students are very open minded also.

The admission process is completely online. On the official website of Cachar College you can find the admission portal wherein you have to fill all your details and upload all relevan documents, as well as pay a registration fees of 200 Rs.
Faculty
Several of the professors have many decades of experience in teaching heir subject and the college. The professors are all very well qualified also and have minimum MA. They are all very excellent teachers and use different methods of teaching.
