Good college but more strict conditions. There must be proper hair cut dress code etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

Full area is fully cleaned. There are much more workers to groomed around the college. The college infrastructure is based on ship as per the ship itself it has been built Spoken language is English and Hindi Every there will be a industrial visit for our course.

Class Size: 102Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Placement Experience

For our departments shipping companies like pill, agility, Rajas cargo, shaans cargo pvt limited etc. 60/100 students got placement other students look into Pg courses.

College Events

Pooja festival is an main festival Other festival like Pongal, holi, oonam etc. Each festival takes an several program Dance competition like that Dj will be there once in a year. Quiz program will be conducted and the prize will be given.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For our course 35000 per semester and extra 10days for late payments after ten days penalty has been charged per day 100. And hostel fees is separate and mostly mess fees includes. Weekly twice we can go outside the pass will be given. Other times we can't go out.

There is no scholarship But banks loans can apply there is some must some procedures.

There is no partiality between women and men. Other college cultural program is not allowed inside out college but we can participate in other college. Inside the college campus there is no religion. All are same for all. Economical status is not seen.

Hostel Facilities

I am not an hostel student but hostel is strict each floor has a separate warden and room sharing is 2 members per room and four members per room other than that hostel has gym, play ground mostly indoor games.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are mostly like friendly relationship. They will help us to make studies and there is no ragging.

Admission

Intrest in shipping. Comparing to other college it's good. Due to my 12th mark I can't get the maritime course. Compulsory hostel for several course Admission process is based on marks we get in 12th. Mostly English and maths are required Admission takes place in just 1 hour.

Too much of staffs are there Most of the staffs are retired in shipping industry like a Co pilot etc. Compared to the subjects other than that spoken English safety coursed has been given to the students. All the staffs are well experienced.

Brutally Honest College Review

Placement Experience:

The placement process begins from the third year i.e. the fifth and sixth sem. But be warned the placement is pure dabba. The companies that visited are goldman sachs, pick your trail, venture lts, greenbay, taj, audible, TCS, etc. the package varies from 3.4 LPA to 12 LPA. These are just peanut money btw. The college says there's 100% placements ( joke of the century) but in reality only 70% gets placed. I plan to do MBA from a different college.

There are 3 departments in my college.Except my department other 2 department students can go for interviews for jobs and internships.My Aviation related jobs requires a degree certificate to attend interview.I can place on any airlines with the advantage of holding a aviation degree In my department, Placement rate is 99% I assure that.My plan is to get place on any role in airport to gain experience to become a Male cabin crew (Flight Attendent).

I took BBA as I personally business which lead me to take this course and it has more opportunities too.. this course will prepare you to shape your career you have to do internships and project which will help you to improve you more .. the areas of improvement are we expect outdoor classes also so that students can learn more the timing is quite okay.. it's 9 30 to 4 so it won't make you difficult

coimbatore marine college- a short review

i chose CMC because compared to other college which i apllied this college fee was quite okay and it was easily accesible from my home i applied for AMET college chennai and got confirmed admission from there i didn't get rejected from any colleges i applied you need to clear IMUCET exam to join in this college for BSc course and u shoukd have 50% in your english and more than 65% in your PCM in your higher secondary studies this is the eligibilty criteria for joiing CMC...Read More

Reality of marine field

Its not about the rejection in other colleges it's about fees in tamilnadu compared to other colleges the cmc is best for studies in affordable fees. And also there will be imucet entrance exam the students have to clear that the they allow you to the college. For me it's about last rank in passed students still the cmc took me for studies they won't see rank. And like other colleges it's not 100 percent placement.placement is there if you are skilled and studying student the job is yours.and same the college infrastructure is also a reason for choosing this college it will be look like a ship very attractive and another reason is coimbatore climate near kerala so the climate Will be nice....Read More
