College overall review

I like most of the things for this college. And I must say college life is here only.

Course is well defined and marking is relative so you will get a good cgpa in exam if ur good at academic. Exam is basically semester type. 8 semester for ug and 4 semester for pg. If you want to pursue phd then this is also good option here. you will get a stipend of 12400 per month for pg.

There are many companies coming in the campus in every year like L & T, essar, TCS, GE, TCE, infosys, Voltas. There are some companies for internship like intel. Mostly 70%students placed from campus and some students got job outside the campus.

Sparsh is a very famous event here. Most of the students get participated. This event hold every year in month of February or march. Singing, dancing, painting, poetry competition everything is there. Students are very exciter for this event. Robot fight is also there.

Per semester you have to pay 50000. For pg and 50000 for one year hostel and 6 month mess fee. So it is quite affordable as you are getting stipend of 12400 per month in pg. So it is not difficult to pay those fees. For BE fees may be higher than this.

Im getting scholarship from government and every pg student get this money. Because everyone have to clear GATE exam so after that you will get 12400 per month for 2 years. So you can pay easily all your fees.

Campus life is quite good here. Anyoner can roam in campus till 12 am for girls but there is no restrictions for boys. Campus is quite couple friendly. Campus is also beautiful here everything is green. Peoples are enjoying here all the time do parties and dancing.

There are 11 hostels in campus. Every year hostel is changing. In first year of pg sarabhai bhavan is there and for 2nd year you will get gajjar bhavan. Hostels are quite good and cleaning is done everyday.

Seniors are helpful. If you aks them they will help you in any way. For your submissions and exams they are good.

There is a GATE exam for pg admission. I got 647 marks in this exam. I have taken admission through online ccmt portal for svnit surat college in july 2018. after that you have to report here within permissible time. So you will alot hotel here in july 2018. This is a very simple process.

There are on an average 40 lectures for one subject. Some lab work is also there. most of the labs have all necessary equipments and also in working condition. If you have any doubts related to subject you can ask directly to the professor they have a minimum phd degree form very good institutes.
