Everything is good except hidden fee structure besides one thing which is best is social field work which allows students to work for deprived sections

It is very relevant, the two year has been divided into 6 trimester and all of them have 2 internal test for each paper apart from external one,which is quite fair in order to understand the subject.there are two industrial visit organized for both the years.

The placement is quite good, average placement in HR for the batch 2020was 11lacs, highest was 26 lacks with a minimum of 5laca

Panache-annual culture fest, case study fest, maxiss fest, marketing fest in XISS. A lot of people from different management colleges take part in such fest like from amity, IIM ranchi,BIT mesra, Central University of Jharkhand, and many more. The participation is quite good but due to lack of space in college,the fest isn't big enough.

It's is quite feasible which is 8lacks but that is not enough,there are alot of hidden fee like 8k for college uniform, celebration fee, rural visit fee, industrial visit fee,etc. Which charges around 10-11lacks for the span of two years. And the college doesn't show transparency in fee structure.

I did not avail any.but they do offer scholrship to needy, plus there is Avnish Kumar Dev memorial scholarship of 1 lack given to 3 students who have an outstanding academic and cocurriculam record.

Gender ratio is around 60:40 or 50:50 where no of girls in HR is usually high compared to boys, there are students from different backgrounds,caste,states, places, religion and that maintains the diversity of the college. There is a special seat for christian students

Yes, it was available in single occupancy, double occupancy and 4 occupancy which for girls, the boys hostel is quite far from college that is in bariatu and they avail college bus for movement.there is water cooler, cupboard, light fan, basketball ball court.

Xiss was established in 1955 which entails a great alumni network, the maximum placement that comes are because of the alumni of the college.

I always wanted to do HR and xiss was one of the oldest and renowned college for it.i cleared xat and cmat and then went for interview,post to that joined xiss. There are two rounds which is gd and then pI, the final selection depends upon gd,pi and academic record of 10,12, graduation

In HR we have 7 professor each one of them have some field experience since they rae reaching since very long. One teacher majoring in labour and industrial laws, one in quality management,one in basic of HRM, one in organization behavior,one in operations and so on.
