Remarks

It's one of the best college to do your MBA from. Also the stream which I have chosen is Rural Management and XISS is one of the top colleges to offer this course. The placement (as of last year) was 100% and very good companies are the the recruiters.

Course Curriculum Overview

I've taken the admission this year and during this pandemic the college has decided to take the classes online. An orientation program is also being conducted before the commencement of the class. Webinars are also being conducted every other day to keep the students informed about every activities and to help us to make the most out of these crucial days.

Class Size: 75Course Fees: INR 925000 per year

Placement Experience

The placement is good. Many reputed companies visit the college and recruit the students. HDFC,ICICI,Citi bank, Hindustan uniliver, Amazon are some of the recruiters. The placement (as of Rural Management) was 100% last year

College Events

There are a lot of clubs to join in. Many cultural fests are celebrated every year. Many tournaments are also conducted. Football, volleyball, cricket, badminton every sport tournament is conducted. The college organizes many nukkad nataks and flash mobs.

Campus Life

The infrastructure is good. The campus is very spacious. Classes have projectors and mics. The auditorium is also very big and air conditioned. Girls' hostel is about 1 km away from the campus and the boys' hostel is about 2-3 KMS away.

Okay, the course curriculum in terms of relevance and comprehensiveness is very specific with the subjects that you Learned in this course. It prepares students for real-world applications and further academic pursuits. They teach you cost accounting, financial management, and HRM, which are very important in companies. The improvements can be done in the course curriculum and teaching methods that infuse real-life examples and also practical Questions and practical Situations to make student Corporate ready And you have to do an industrial visit so that students can know How Real life Actual Company works.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of our college is quite active and provides internship opportunities and pre-placement offers for students in their third and fourth years. It invites reputed companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Accenture, IBM, Intel, Infosys, Cognizant, Deloitte, and many more. The average package is about 12LPA and highest package is about 52 LPA. Branches like CSE offer even higher, lucrative packges.

Xiss my POV

Placement Experience:

After 4th semester students get eligible for placements. I guess around more than 50+ companies visit the campus. The highest package is always around 20+ lakhs and on average you can consider 12 lakhs while the lowest is 8 lakhs. The percentage of students getting placed can be said around 95%. My plan is to get a good corporate job and work there as such no fancy plans.

A good college for a student who is from not so good background.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement is offered to students who are in their final year. Capable students can easily crack the placement. A decent package is provided of an average of 2-3 lakhs per annum. The highest package offered is about 7LPA. Many different companies visit the college during the placement period offering a good package. Companies like Infosys, cognizant, Wipro, puma, ceat, Flipkart, etc visit the college for placement. At least 70-78% of students get placed and a rapid improvement is seen in the placement graph of the college.

Highest placement is 1.5 crore and the average package is 8 to 9 lakh ruppees. About 85 percent students getting placed. I want to do job in google.

XISS a place to get MBA

Not very tough. XISS accepts all tests like CAT, CMAT, XAT etc. Simple written test, GD and a round of interview. If u r from SC, ST and OBC it's a cake walk. Once u r selected, u will called to Ranchi for admission process. They are following 1950's method....Read More
