Remarks

All because of placement record, good infrastructure, and previous academics, I decided to opt for PGDM in Marketing program. And the admission process of this college follows several steps like I filled to application form and paid the application fee. And the. Based on the marks obtained in undergraduate and CAT exam, I was called for final admission round which was GD and PI rounds. Post completion, the final merit list was prepared in which my scores and performance was considered. And lastly, I saw my name in the list and took admission by paying the fee.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The course curriculum focuses on imparting the managerial, decision making, analytical, and communication skills to us. And the most important part of the course curriculum is summer internship which is for 6-8 weeks. Besides, rural camps are organized and several projects are given to us. We also do case study analysis. Apart from this, we have core faculties and visiting faculties as well in our department holding PhD, M.Phil degrees. Also they have experience of various industries which are implemented in learning methodology and so they helps us in knowing comprehensively about the corporate world.

Placement Experience

4.5

The placement cell of our college is good. They inform before the company visits our campus. To take part in placement drive, we are asked to make aur resume. We will take part in placement drive next year. However, seeing my seniors I got idea as they had gone through GD and PI rounds. On getting shortlisted, they were called for final interview round to the company's headquarters. Furthermore, the key recruiters of our college are Adani Group, Azim Premji Foundation, CARE India, Axis Bank, Cognizant, Fincare and many others. The highest CTC reached till now is 14 LPA and the average CTC went 5LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure the program I opted for is 9 lakh for two years excluding hostel or mess charges. Furthermore, our college has scholarship provision for those working in TATA steel, Maruti, NTPC and other corporate houses. However, I did not get any scholarship as I don't fulfil any criteria but apart from the college scholarship, the state government also provide the same to those belonging to SC and ST category. Moreover, our college provide bank loans to the financially weak students.

Campus Life

4.5

Our college has certain committee that organises sports event and cultural events like singing, dramatics and dancing every year. In addition to this, PHONiX- a democratic committee which we(students run). Through this committee, we organise quizzes, management games, financial analysis and other such activities. Most importantly, our college environmental is awesome as we have multi-cuisine food court, well maintained classrooms, supportive facilities and all this things are making my campus life lively.

Admission

Yes, I had appeared in GD and PI rounds for the final selection to this college. Both the rounds were easy to clear. Only current affair should be good for GD round and questions in PI round is asked based on the previous academic record, participation in curricular activities, and some situation based question to judge the thinking capabilty or the presence of mind.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I will rate the course curriculum decent because it cover the basic engineering concepts that made me choose this course and it prepare us okay for real-world or higher study, but still more practical work and updated teaching method needed, and exams come mostly every semester with some internals which are moderate tough but manageable with regular study. There are some teachers who teach very well and have good teaching methods.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I feel the course curriculum is okay and the basics are covered well, which is one reason I choose this branch, but some subjects feel outdated and not fully connected to real industry work. It prepare us for further studies more than practical jobs. Exams come every semester with internals in between, difficulty is moderate but few papers become tricky. I think more practical topics, updated labs and better teaching methods will make the curriculum more useful...

Placement Experience:

In my college the placement system is not very strong because no big companies actually visit our campus. Students become eligible from 5th semester but still there is no regular campus drive. Sometimes small local garages or workshops come but they dont offer proper package, mostly they give training type work with very low salary. So there is nothing like highest or average package in my college, and only around 5–10% students manage to get some kind of job through their own contacts or relatives. Most of the students prefer to go for B.Tech or prepare for govt exams after diploma because campus placement is almost not there. My plan after completing the course is also to study further and look for better opportunities outside, since my college does not provide strong placement support. Overall placement in my college is weak and needs lot good improvement but the vishal sir is very good to get job for for others

Placement Experience:

One of my colleges best features is its placements program, which offers fantastic chances for students to launch their carrers. In the fifth and sixth semesters, students are prepared with aptitude training sessions, group discussions, and resume construction. About 85% of qualified pupils were placed during the previoes school year. Compared to core engieering fields, placements rates were marginally higher in IT branches.
