XXIS Ranchi: For Better Growth

I decided to choose this Institute because it is one of the good colleges to study at and my education counselor also suggested me to apply here for better opportunities. Also, after doing research, I found that it has a pretty good placement records, curriculum, and faculty. After making up mind, I paid INR 2000 and submitted my application form online through the official website of the college.

The program helped me acquire practical knowledge and requisite skills to be effective in our profession. Stress is laid on the development of dynamic personality by nurturing our values and attitudes built on the firm edifice of keen social-awareness. In order to prepare us, our faculty members give us challenging tasks and equips us with knowledge, skills and values.

My institute works very hard to provide us with good placement through Training and Placement activities that encourage us to opt for jobs that better suit our profile. Pre-Placement Talks are conducted during our final year, prior to the commencement of placement session every year. During the placement my batch, more than 80 companies participated in the final placement process out of which 48% were new recruiters and the salary offer went as high as INR 14.5 LPA.

To study PGDM program at XISS Ranchi, cost me around INR 8 lacs which includes 2-year tuition fee and other deposits. The institute offers financial support and scholarships to needy and deserving ones on the basis of merit and eligibility.

During my years here, I was able to grow every day and learn something new. Also, talking about the infrastructure, the photographs on the website are really true and the college was really a lush green campus located over quite spacious place. It includes canteen, lecture halls, mess, hostel, library, laboratories, Computer, IT facility etc. A lot of events were also organized by my college and the diverse culture was genuinely beautiful to be at.
