The curriculum helped us alot in securing On-Camplus placements, since our coding exams were held on online platform like hackerearth that made giving exams for on campus placements easy and also the questions asked by recruiters were mostly taught in classes and alot of books from great authors were also available in the library for studying. They have student exchange programs in which alot of interested could go outside to foreign countries and study and also students from foreign countries came to study in our college. For 3rd year students Global Engineering Week is also organised every year in which teachers from different countries came to pass their knowledge on different topics. In every even semester

Companies like Amazon, OYO, HP, Calsoft, FICO, Infosys, RedHat, Gemini Solutions, Wipro, Vertusa, MAQ software and alot of management companies as well as startups came for campus placements every year and 90% of the students get placed during on campus placements. The institute holds classes to know how to respond in an interview, helps in improving technical skills by holding online tests and helps improve personality as an individual. Special attention is given to personality developement classes for a bright future.

College holds cultural festival(this 2 day festival includes inter college singing, dance, music, drama, video games, bhangra, panache competitions and sports activities along with star nights and food stalls ), sports events( football, TT, Cricket, Basketball matches are held in the college campus and selections for each respective sport for college teams is held with the coming of new batches every year) and technical events from IEEE and college clubs are organised very often.

Its quite affordable when compared to other private colleges and keeping in mind the infrastructure and placements chitkara provides. 10000(fully refundable in case of no damage to college property) college security, uniform charges( yesss uniform for all the 5 days working), hostel security(in case you opt for it) and mess charges(if taken)

Not sure, it had student exchange programs but not sure about scholarship, I am sure they had one based on the cgpa of the student.

Cultural events and fests are held in the college campus. Their are different societies for which you audition if want to join like drama, singing, dancing, bhangra, IEEE and Toastmasters. Sports - BasketBall, TableTennis, long tenis, snooker, badminton, volleyball, football, cricket. Also fully AC gym with instructors(paid). Boys and girls could rome around in the college campus till 9 PM since library was open till 9 PM after that they had to return to respective hostels. Amenities like microwave, fridge, induction and iron at every floor were provided. No electronice items like blow dryers, straightners etc were allowed. Hostels and campus are fully wifi. You will need passes to go on day outs and night outs along with parents permissions. Strict rules for girls to enter the campus by 6 PM during winters(as it gets dark early and college wouldn't want to risk anything) and 7 PM during summers if they are on day out. We have a different block for people who have ideas with them and want to be entrepreneurs Chitkara supports them and helps them get fundings by organising various events to present the idea with judges who would like to invest in them and promote them.

I opted for hostel, they have twin, three, four and five sharing rooms and their prices varied accordingly. I was in 5 sharing room and it was alot of fun. The rooms had individual study tables, book shelves, lamp lights, almirah's and were cleaned by maids every day. Their were some rules that had to be followed. Mess food was not allowed to be taken outside mess, if caught would be fined. During college days you will need permission to be in hostel during college hours and you should clean and make your beds.

Seniors are really helpfull both in college as well as if got placed in the same company as theirs. Sometimes the companies that come for recruiting have college alumni's which guide us whether to go for the company or which company to sit for.

Counselling was held and we were called on the basis of JEE MAINS marks and offered the courses and asked for campus. I joined in 2015 and was passionate about being an engineering so I chose CSE. Their were other options as well(ECE and Mechanical) but I was interested in computer science. I chose the institution because it had great infrastructure, good records for On -Campus placements and also good crowd as compared to other colleges around the area.

The lecturers were well qualified PHD's or students with B. Tech degree and pursuing Masters from our university. They were knowledged and helped clear the doubts and were accessible and always ready to help. Every batch of 40-45 students had a mentor who could be reached out anytime or during special mentoring lectures for any problems faced in college or regarding and particular subject. Networking lecturers had industry experiences and were Cisco certified and most of the lecturers were part of college research team and guided children who had interest in research join the team.
