Best College In Nagpur

College is quite good but more exam oriented and not application oriented.

Course curriculum is old as compared to other universities.It is a autonomous college so it is independent of university. It's course curriculum changes every 4 years.Course curriculum is not so helpful in securing campus placements.Yes there are many industrial visits like in persistent,tcs,etc.

Placement of college is quite good.Many companies visit our campus for many freshers every year.My course has approximately 100% placement.Industries look for more IT graduates.Institute takes CRT program during summer holidays for preparing students for campus placement.

Yash and Bhairavi are the biggest cultural event in college.Also many departmental events takes place in college.Many students from other colleges of Nagpur visit our campus for competition and to participate in events.Various gaming events also takes place like cricket,box-cricket,futsal,chess,caroom,etc.A big display of Art gallery is presented in Administration building during those events.There is also Competitions amongst different departments.

College fee is quite expensive.Also you have to pay the whole sum at a time of admission with exam fees which adds up to around 1,50,000 per year.No additional fee / charges had to be paid in order to secure an admission to my course.Yes the college provides transparency in the fee-breakdown.

I haven't applied for any scholarship. But the college provides Scholarships to category students as per the government's scheme.

College life is normal.There are diversity of students from all over Maharashtra.Gender ratio is around 2:1.Various cultural groups are formed for students to participate in extra curricular activities.Political and economic status of college is quite good.No discrimination is allowed.Also there is no ragging in college.Proper measures are taken by college in this regards.

I haven't opted for hostel. Hostel fee is seperate around 70000. Hostel facilities are good. Outside college campus there are many small private hostels and average PG rent is around 2000 per candidate.

Alumni network is good.They help in preparation for exams and many other activities.I had great experience with my seniors.

I got admission through merit list based on MHTCET score.I opt for this because of its reputation in Nagpur and also I was keen interested in taking computer science as my major in Engineering. The admission procedure takes place through CAP rounds.

The tentative number of lecturers in my course is around 20-30, with average age of 25-50. All facilities are qualified but not worth of knowledge.They hold expertise in different fields. Some of them have relevant industry-experience and certification.
