Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

No, that good. A major focus is not on educating students. Career guidance was not properly given. Depended on visiting faculty for Career guidance. Even the sports are not that will take you to a higher level. Yes, there are visits by several companies but the advertising and students interest in that particular event was not at the nudge.

Placement Experience

0.5

No placements ever provided. At least in my era. College really need to work on what a particular student is looking for. How to give him proper guidance in stream he wants to make his/her career in.

College Events

1.5

There are events like The DJ night. Garba night. Friendship day special. Modelling. Vital college fest but it was not as good or big as Malhar in Xavier's College or Umang in and M College. Actually, apart from these, there was nothing that the college used to celebrate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees were not too high. Moderate fee structure perfect for middle-class family. But as per what they charge, we never got that much in return. In fact other charges for every single activity happening in college. Expected to give more in return. Also, bribes were taken for admission and asked for huge amounts if we need admission for any particular course, no matter what percentage and individual have. Transparency was not fair enough in fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, they did. But only depending on caste. Which is too unfair. I hate this quota stuff. The scholarship was provided to topers as well. But I am not sure how much and how.

Campus Life

1.5

The gender ratio was equal for girls and boys. Parties just happened twice a year and workshop, I think I have seen only 2 workshops in my entire college career. Yes, there was a lot of Castism happening like special functions for Gujarati's and services too. Same sex individuals were bullied. Politics were involved as there was a system where politicians can enrol particular number of students without any circumstances.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

No. I had my house very near to the college. Yes but there PG's available nearby like in Juhu Koliwada, Shastri Nagar, Santacruz Station Rd etc. You will find all restaurants and markets on 2 km distance from the college. But easily nearby available near your rentals.

Alumni/Alumna

I never got a chance to interact with good Alumni in fact there were Ex students who were no longer in college still fluttering around and bullying.

Admission

This college was near to me. Had a number of courses available. I wanted to go for BMS (Business Management Studies) but due to less percentage, I was not given admission. Good faculty and extra curriculum activities. We have to fill a form which is charged 100/-rs. Wait for our results to display. First, the quota ppl will get an advantage and then the rest.

Faculty

1.5

There were 6 lectures per day depending on the availability of Teachers. The faculty was not that educated because their skills and achievement were never displayed on board. You learn or don't it does not matter. I have a job to do. I will finish and buzz off.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculam is designed for all round development of the student and to make that person an expert in that field, these aspects influeneced me to choose it. Very well, with extra paper of real world application on each subject it ensures that we take something from the course and become industry ready The teachings methods and cirriculam are excellent I don't think any changes are required Exams are all year round, every month and are extremly difficult to deal with, as Xavier's bar is very high.
