Tejas Kawale, a 2022 batch student from Sathaye College B.Sc. IT, posted a mixed review based on his individual campus experience. He liked the cozy campus environment in which the students are free to relax. The gymkhana of the college was appreciated for giving students permission to enroll and play several sports, and he found the infrastructure to be robust, mentioning that there are two labs of each department, like physics, chemistry, and IT, that are well-equipped.
But he also identified a few detriments. Some teachers allegedly hurried through the syllabus without complete explanation, which impacts the learning process. Also, he considered the college fest to be disappointing compared to other colleges, so students go out to attend activities elsewhere. He also suggested there should be more functions and student activities on campus to increase interaction. In terms of placements, Tejas said that students become eligible in the third year and should keep following notifications from the placement cell while getting themselves ready for interviews.
