I had appeared for COMEDK exam and my rank was approx 16000. I had opt for this college because it is one of the best college onmy rank.The college also has excellent outdoor sports facilities like cricket ground, tennis court, basketball court etc with a spacious swimming pool in progress. high speed wireless networking, latest computer with legal softwares and dedicated internet connectivity, well-equipped laboratory, centrally located modern spacious library with rich collections of books, journals, browsing centre etc are few of the many feathers on the REVA cap. Audio visual centre with a capacity of 250 is always buzzing with activities. Various educational CD's have been procured in the library for the benefit of the staff and the students. A provision has been made to view the Eklavya technology channel and EDUSAT programs.

Course curriculum is very well planned and well executed.It all depends on current behavioural efffectiveness of socity and its need. To build a foundation of knowledge in by integrating a variety of project experiences at every level throughout the curriculum.To make our graduates experts in practical problem solving with abstract thinking skills.To make our students life-long learners capable of building their careers upon a solid foundation of knowledge. To make our students competent in communicating technical materials and concepts in individual and group situations.

Our Training philosophy is to provide a range of relevant learning opportunities that support and develop students at different stages of their academics. In Training and Development we collaborate with a range of Industries and Companies across the various specializations of Engineering to identify Training needs and to design and facilitate Training programs to students accordingly. The Training wing consistently researches and interact with the recruiters understand their expectations from prospective students and create an annual roadmap for training. The department executes the training plan and consistently tracks the studentﾒs performance to ensure improvement through periodic assessment tests. These periodic mock assessment tests aid students to know their areas of strength which they can upgrade further, and their areas of improvement which they can focus much time on them. The Training scope includes aptitude, technical, language skills, personality development and awareness on the company. The Training Team consists of both in-house and external trainers who are trained to provide a differential learning experience focused on application oriented to the students. Thus the entire process of training unlike tradition system covers the essential techniques to solve logical and aptitude problems, Impart avenues to improvise the language and personality and more significantly enhance the competency in strengthening the technical concepts.General stippned offer is about 9000 per month.

The placement wing of the department handles all aspects of campus placements for the graduating students at Reva ITM. The Placement wing gets greater acceleration with the speed of the training programs rolled out. The Placement process is initiated with a clear focus on the students of all the academic levels, all levels of the companies are contacted and invited for the campus recruitment drive esttemed recruiters are so many but only some names are listed such as, Accord, Software, Capgemini, Dell, IBM, Infosys Technologies Ltd, L&T Engineering Services, L&T Infotech, TCS, Wipro etc and they generally offers a package od 3.5 lakh.

There are two subsidiary norms for a student to pay the for an academic year. It include COMEDK and CET quota. Under COMEDK a student have to 160000 in a year including 137000 as tuition fee and else as college fee also if they have opt for hostel they need an extra sum of 80000 for CET it is only 36000 as tuition fee and else same as above.

Laboratories: REVA has well equipped high-tech labs with qualified technical staff, latest machineries and highly configured computer systems. Reva mechanical lab has the more number of lathe machines after R.V. College of engineering and MSRIT. Transportation the college offers bus services to different areas in the city. As compared to other colleges around our institution we have more number of buses to cover different places of Bengaluru. REVA has total 21 buses which are highest after sir MVIT College.Infrastructure: provision for internet access has been made available and has Wi-Fi enabled campus, but its usage is restricted accordingly. Wi-Fi hotspots are spread all across the college, with popular spots being the library, canteens, and certain blocks.ATM, convenience and stationery shop, launderette and water dispensers. Classrooms are decent and well furnished with desk and benches with curtains on the window to restrict the sunlight into the classrooms which is not there in MS Engineering College, Sri Venkateshwara College of Engineering.

HOSTEL: hostel facility is for both girls and boys. The eight blocks of five-storey-buildings can accommodate 5000 students. The rooms are twin-sharing, triple-sharing and equipped with beds, wardrobes, study tables and chairs. Seven of the blocks are for female students Hostel has power backup facility within 19 seconds which INFOSYS campus has with 26 seconds. REVA HOSTEL is committed to offering their students accommodation that is of high quality, great value and in close proximity to the Main block.As rooms are strictly limited, students are strongly encouraged to apply for accommodation once tuition fees have been paid in full to avoid disappointment. Facilities in the hostel includes24-hour security services, study rooms with internet service.Canteen there is a canteen near the main gate and two Messes, a South and a North Indian Mess. Our catering facilities offer a wide range of foods and drinks together with the opportunity to socialize with friends and colleagues. There are six restaurants and cafes and two juice shop on campus which provide quality food and drink.If the canteen happens to shut down, students have to rely on numerous food stall and restaurants outside the college, for this purpose the campus is also located close to many restaurants and shops in Kattigenahalli.

Reva alumni association is dedicated to bringing together the alumni community on a common platform to build another channel of personal and professional support to members through 'self-help' within community.

In an academic semester we have to give 3 inernals for every individual subject and one external conducted on university norms including all we have to go through differrent lab internals and external also for the same.

Faculty of this college is somewhat ideal. Students feel safe to express their feelings and learn to respect and listen to others. This teacher creates a welcoming learning environment for all students.The mutual respect in this teacherﾒs classroom provides a supportive, collaborative environment. Teacher lets students know that they can depend not only on her, but also on the entire class. They are approachable, not only to students, but to everyone on campus. This is the teacher to whom students know they can go with any problems or concerns or even to share a funny story.Teachers possess good listening skills and take time out of their way-too-busy schedules for anyone who needs them.
