I had experienced YCCE

There are various good aspects of YCCE as it is popular for the mechanical engineering stream throughout Maharashtra. It has a good campus and the faculty is well educated. This college maintains very transparently. Management of the college is very supportive and held in every difficult situation. The only bad aspect is the hostel premises are not clean and food quality is of quite lower quality. Other than this everything is good as expected. Well-settled laboratories. A good library and canteen for refreshments, sports ground and infrastructure is overall fine. I can say that YCCE has everything that a good engineering college should have.

As per my future dreams, I selected this course. The faculties are highly educated and have experience of about 25-30 years. and almost all are having a master's degree. The ratio of students to teachers is 12:1. Teaching methods are good and practical knowledge is shared in each topic. End-semester exams are held according to the academic calendar. Not only the exam but all the events are run according to the academic calendar. It's not so difficult to pass the exam. If you are attentive then it's easy and interesting to pass the exam. The rest of the overall course curriculum is good.

From the 7th sem companies start hiring the students. And the college provides CRT training for its students. There are various companies like TCS, ACCENTURE, Mahindra & Mahindra, Capgemini, AFCON, and Anglo-Eastern, there is N number of companies that come for hiring. Around 150 companies come. On average, the package offer is 4.5 LPA. The highest package offers is 16 LPA. Around 70% of placements are there every year. I plan to join the Navy. Hope the best.

For the open category, annual fees are 120000 (excluding accommodation). There are all scholarships available for the students and students are informed regularly to check for the scholarship form status. So, no one should miss the scholarship amount as various families take a loan for making their child study and college thinks over this. As per my condition, I am eligible for an EBC scholarship. This depends upon the category and annual income of an individual. The various bank provides education loans in case anyone from a weak financial background can pursue the program course. I m currently entered in the final year, companies are yet to come. This year it is delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic. So, therefore, didn't apply for any company. Talking about placement, the college has a record of having 70% placements every year. Most IT companies are hiring students in ycce and a few core companies are for civil, mechanical, and electrical.

Yes, there is an annual fest every year known as 'YASH'. And every department has its tech feast as for mechanical we have mechanoid, pratikruti, and various special events. This is conducted mostly in January, February & August. Books are available in the library we can issue books for 28 days and has to renew that. And Journal is available in Suvidha which is for students' needs. All study material is available there. The classroom is simple with projector, blackboard, and benches. There are various sports like volleyball, basketball, table tennis, cricket, football, and gymnasium. And extracurricular activities like social help for the needy and, various competitions are held during the academic session. There are various groups like a dance club, gymkhana, pragyastra, poetry club, Rotaract club, and many more.
