Remarks

I opted because I got this seat through SNQ quota and don't want to leave opportunity. I felt college has good environment. And good ranking and good facility and faculty and even library. I got good reviews as well from other people.

Course Curriculum Overview

As it is VTU affiliated college syllabus is same as other vtu colleges. Yes faculty members are very supportive but need improvement in industrial exposure and placement. Verve is best cultural and technical fest in our college in Bangalore.

Class Size: 120Course Fees: INR 39400 per year

Still I haven't got any internships

Placement Experience

I don't have much idea about placements as I'm 2nd year student. But as per my knowledge Abode comes every year and select only one girl with more than 35 lakh salary per year. And other start-ups comes and recruit few students. TCS, infosis, Accenture recruits in bulk

College Events

Ya there is various club. Verve is biggest fest of our college where it goes for 3 days which includes cultural and technical events. Yodha is NSS club where social activities takes place. And branch wise fest will be held throughout the year where all branch students can participate.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are scholarship but by government. College is not providing any scholarships instead taking lot of money from students. I'm not sure about Loans facility and all as I haven't took any Loans or scholarships from college.

Campus Life

There is good library and equipment in labs. And there is exposure to basketball and other sports. But there is no good wi-fi facility in college as well as in hostel. Other than that other facilities are good.

Hostel Facilities

Ya I stay in hostel but it hostel don't have much good facility. There are 1 and 3 sharing rooms with attached washroom. Food is not that great but manageable. No good wi-fi facility. Hostel fees is bit costly around 75000 per year.

My College Story

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided
