Remarks

I want a college in Bangalore City along with branch CSE, after appearing in counseling for comedK, I got many other branches available in many other colleges but my friend who is already studying in banglore for 2 years recommended me this college and told me it's the best one I can get.

Course Curriculum Overview

Syllabus is not tough, it's updated almost in every two years, teachers are friendly, since I am from north side, I don't know Kannada, inspite of that teachers are good with english and some knows quite a bit hindi too

Class Size: 72Course Fees: INR 230000 per year

Placement Experience

I don't know that much in year 2019 placements we have 4 people got 16lac package, 3 got 12 lac 1 girl get in Adobe with 41lacs, 1 doing internship in American tourister @70k pm, and many other placed in mass recruiter companies.

College Events

Campus is too small, only 18acres including building and girls hostel, and it's built on a hill slope, so it's difficult to find a place to sit, no parks nearby, not any proper spot for hangouts. In short don't expect campus life if you are coming in this college.

We have 3 buidings for study, their is a lake we call it "idli lake" which dried out after 2 months of commencement of every new year, girls hostel is inside college campus while boys hostel is across road. Security, parking is not an issue. Canteen is worst, food is not good, but since college is within city we have supermart on 2 mins walk from college gates.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel infra is good, clean, quite spacious, electricity is not a problem, gate closes at 10pm for boys hostel and 9 p.m. for girls hostel. Food isn't good, mostly south indian dishes with no taste, north indian food is worst, if someone is coming from north side, he/she can't enjoy it. Food in girls hostel is worst, but girls hostel is much ess costly so I guess it compensate for this

Placement Experience:

Students in my college have a very good amount of campus placements where students become eligible from the final year 7th semester however the placement cell starts training from the 1st year means 1st semester itself like training for aptitude test, coding and mock interviews. Top it companies like TCS infosys, wipro, Accenture, capgemini, cognizant, IBM, tech mahindra mind tree. The campus receives 300+ offers. The average package 8 - 10 LPA and highest package 54 LPA. Every year 90% students are placed. After my degree i am planning to higher studies in abroad.

My College Story

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is generally detailed and aligned with industry Expectations but there is still scope for modernisation in certain areas.Overall i would like to rate 8/10. The syllabus include both theoretical and multiple lab components which ensures hands on learning. The practical labs like programming work and project with learning help students understand how concepts are applied in real work places. A few theory heavy subjects feel outdated and no longer match the current industry demand this could be revised or replaced.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from the 6th semester, but the overall placement scenario in DSCE for CSE is below average. Not even 50% of students get placed in good companies. Most students end up getting offers from mass recruiters or in sales and non-tech roles. Only a small percentage of top performers get decent technical packages. Companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini, Accenture, Cognizant, and a few mid-tier companies visit the campus, but the number of high-package, core-tech roles is very limited. The average package is on the lower side compared to other top COMEDK colleges. Because of this, many students plan for higher studies, certification courses, or off-campus drives after completing the degree. The on-campus placement support definitely needs improvement, especially for technical roles.”

My Experience at College

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placement from the 7th semester. However the training and pre placement started for student from the first year itself like aptitude training coding resume workshops. My Honest College Experience at CIT(Cambridge Institute of Technology)

Placement Experience:

The students who are studying in 7th semester ( final year) are eligible for campus placements but before that in 5th semester there is pre placement training like aptitude everything. Top companies visit for placement like TCS , infosys, wipro, accenture, capegemini, IBM, techmahindra, Mindtree. Average there are 150-250 offers. Average package is 7-8 lpa. The highest package is 54 lpa at botify company. 85 % of students get placed at cse branch and ai amd ml and civil 30 - 50% . Overall 80% students gets placed. My plan is join a top product based company liek google with a good life.

Great college with poor placement

A complete discipline with education

Placement Experience:

The placement are good average packages 8 lakhs highest packages 35 lakhs and the companies include Google ,Microsoft ,service now companies and usually internships are provided as students become eligible for internship after 3rd year percentage of students getting placement 80% my plans still not yet decided

I chose this college because it's near to my house and I personally feel it's better than all the colleges in the vicinity, which includes RNSIT and SJBIT. I applied for Jee mains but i did'nt got good rank then i applied for COMEDK and i got cse in this college for 18k rank, I choose this college as compared to other private colleges here only limited number of students are there in cse so the competition is not very high Admission processes for our college is simple you have to go through COMEDK counselling there will be three rounds in every round you will have 4 options of freeze seat, accept and upgrade, reject and upgrade, reject.
