Course Curriculum Overview

Excellent academics are very good faculty is understanding and help a lot. Yes I have been provided industrial exposure.commerce faculty is really good. I enjoyed studying in this college. Proud to be a part of janki devi memorial college. Delhi University.

Placement Experience

The Entrepreneurship Cell of JDMC aims at exhibiting the latent inventive potential of the young students. Aims to provide the aspiring entrepreneurs the knowledge, exposure and experience in the business world.

College Events

Campus life is really good. Sports day symphony and many more festivals are celebrated. Other college students also participate in competitions. College also hold so many competition. Festival of different society also celebrated.

Campus Life

The infrastructure of campus is a matter of pride for the college as it is one of the most hygienic and green campuses of Delhi university and has secured 1st position in the university flower show. The campus comprises of 3 advanced computer labs, an open-air auditorium with a sitting capacity of 2000 people, classrooms with smart boards, 3 big sports ground, girls common room, seminar room, committee room, canteen,mother dairy and a girls hostel for UG students.

Gargi college has given me my best time!!

Placement Experience:

Since our professors are of banking backgrounds they have managed to bring in a lot of companies from the same sector. From domestic banks like the Indusind Bank and the Federal Bank, American Express too have made way to our college and B.Com studnets are their first choice. The placements percentage collectively of last three years stande at 40-50%.

Placement Experience:

Placement cell works in a very well coordinated manner and provide good placements. From third semester student can apply for campus placement. Deloitte, Ey, KPMG, PWC, American express, Accenture etc I would like to do master first before getting any placement.

LIFE AT LADY SHREE RAM COLLEGE FOR WOMEN

Placement Experience:

The placement cell is good overall as it provides us with many opportunities. Many companies have visited in the past, and many students have been placed in higher companies. This year, one student got a 48 lac pa placement offer, which was one of the highest in the whole of Du University. The highest was 48lac, and the average are 7 to 10 lac. My plans after completing this degree are to start my own business or pursue higher studies.

Placement Experience:

After 4 semester you can apply for the placements. The Placement is okayish not too good nor bad. Mostly HR profile companies visit the campus Deloitte is one of the major company that came on board and did recruit around 5-6 students and the salary they are getting is around 5 lakhs But the average package ia around 2.5-3.4 lakhs per annum. The placements are not so good so many of the students try to get job from outside only. The percentage of students that gets placed are around 40%. I will suggest to do PG or MBA after bcom so that you can get higher package. I am planning to do MBA after my degree.

Good remark is that managemt had decide to made another new building and new canteen in place of old one which they haf done with in 1.5 years without diaturbing the study of students with all new furnitures and gadgets and also invite many new faculty also.
