Remarks

The college was well connected from my home and the campus was also good. I got the admission on the first call only so i opted it. Moreover many of my friends were also going there. I had to choose one college under cu and it had a good reputation.

Course Curriculum Overview

Well updated. My course did not required any industrial exposure. The faculties were really good. Nirmal Pahari our hod was my favourite. Mr arvind pan was also good at teaching and practical faculty was very nice.

Class Size: 35Course Fees: INR 3500 per year

Placement Experience

My course doesn't go well with placement from college. We have to go for masters to pursue our career. I can't tell about other courses but my goals did not had any placement guaranteed for us. In computer science department there was an placements.

College Events

Campus was very very nice. There was absolutely zero pressure. The seniors are really good and the college union don't really interfere in our business. Sports events are really fun. The college canteen is good and there are lots of places to chill.

Placement Experience:

People who major in my department usually opt for masters over placement not because of this college but because overall industrial or academic opportunities are better with a pg degree. Masters from this college is not recommended as i have heard so from my seniors. Some of my seniors managed to crack competitives and secure MSc seats at great places. Training and Placement cell had a good coordinator previously but now its almost non existent. Companies do come and hire Bpharm, Mpharm and MSc candidates. Packages are below average. Only Nestle pays well. But if you do well you'll eventually climb up the corportate ladder. From the time i am here i have not heard of any BSc candidate getting placed. Most go for higher studies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is very relevant as it provides us an overall knowledge of biology and not dividing it into various sections rather giving us an insight of every aspect of biology. It includes everything such as microbiology, zoology, botany, physiology, molecular biology and so on.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Completely relevant. As the college is autonomous it has its own syllabus. Which matches with the net gate jam exam syllabus. When someone came our college for seminar they strange that we know this much. Exam are quite difficult in 2 months interval.

Course Curriculum Overview:

B.Sc Computer Science Faculty: Student ratio is = 4:23 may vary a bit Faculty are well Qualified & Teaching method is okay good, but not to the mark like very good or excellent. The exam term was timely (sometimes it gets a bit late due to some natural disaster like cyclone, heavy rainfall, etc or any govt. & university delays), and the exam level is nearly too difficult, something like in between moderate to difficult.

The semester exams always took place on time time each year and exam dates were given in the notice board. The question difficulty level was quite easy The teachers are qualified to the requirements of eligibility. I chose this course since i have interest in computer science subject.

Admission:

I applied for my course available in this college via online mode. As everything was depended upon merit, we didn't have any entrance exam or interviews. I got my name there in the merit list. I had my interest in maths thus I got admission.

Admission:

I had filled all the forms online. They create an account for you where you get all your admission information. As I had 89% marks, I do not had to give entrance exam and interview. The admission was quite easy for me. I just had to visit the college once and submit the demand draft and some forms, after which the admission was done. I just had to go to the university and attend classes.
