- We have a big campus where we can celebrate our college life also there is a big library too focus on your study
- Our college celebrate all the special events grandly and this all grand celebration things made our campus life too enjoyable
- Except 1-2 teachers most of them were too much friendly to all the students.they also support us to provide career advancement
Dislikes
- The college mostly focus on their functions and events and less on student's syllabus
- There are certain flaws in their infrastructures but it is not a big problem
- The ration of girls and boys in our college is 3: 1
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course in this college because it's the best college for this course.the curriculum prepare us greatfully for real world applications or further academic pursuits Some teachers I found as rude but most of them were too much in friendly manner .
Internships Opportunities
Our college is mainly degree college so they aren't provide us internship on basis of job gathering They provide internship for our help in future if we go for pg degree or phd There is one time internship provided on our course Which is summer internship and it make sense
Fees and Financial Aid
Our vivekananda college thakurpukur fee structure of BSC honors degree in zoology is 32000 for the whole ug course(4000 per semester) where all the compulsory charges were included Meanwhile the reserved category student's have to pay the same amount of money. Here we can get the svmcm scholarship which is provided by the state government,1500 per month (for passing the course with 60 percent number) No other scholarship is provided by the college faculty
Campus Life
There are so many festivals which are celebrating our college through years including freshers, anual social and other much thing like holi, independence day etc There are 4500 book of collection in our college library which is called by us central library We also have anual sports in our campus which is held about 2 weeks including cricket tournament and a football tournament
Admission
I also applied for fakirchaand and Vidyanagar college but my first preference was vivekananda college being for there previous years records and achievements The admission process was totally organised by wb gov portal And admissions were totally happened through marks basis of hs
Faculty
The college faculty of students union or women cells are too much active and they are too gentle to ask anything at any point also our TIC and other facultant who works there are good. Some facultants are dizzy but most are good. The all exam were taken under CU and tgey just thoroughly follow them
Night Life
The college doesn't provide any hostel facility on their own We have a great gym for all the students A big field to play games or to do much things There is a canteen where they provide us goods and fastfood on reasonable price
