Remarks

The college is amazing in terms of placement. Even the BCA department here gets almost 100% placement. This is the best college in the District and since i am resident of the neighboring locality, I did not think twice.

Course Curriculum Overview

Teachers here are above average. They put a lot of efforts to make students understand. You can ask doubts as many times as you want. There is a scope of the improvement in teaching quality. The course curriculum is well designed by the college. Subjects like humanities help you to get ready for social things. Electronics is a core department of engineering, so it helps students a lot for the future.

Placement Experience

About 60-70% of the students in our course got placed. The highest salary package offered is 7.8 LPA, and the average salary package offered is 6 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 1.2 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Amazon, TCS Digital, Byju's, Godrej, Infosys, etc.

College Events

Fests like LEGANZZA happened in a year time period. There is always around 1000 student roaming on the campus. Connectivity is good as it is in the main area of the city. There are lots of clubs like Geeks for coding, Rotaract for social services for extracurricular activities. The college atmosphere is always jolly. And i enjoyed my time here.

From 4th year students become eligible for placements.Google, Microsoft,Gold Man Sacks, Apple were some of the companies that visited NIT Durgapur For placement regard.The highest package was 80lpa and the average package was 13 lpa.Total of 83% students got placed.The placement is quite good.

And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

I chose AEC due to better infrastructure and the nearity of Institute from my home. I got offers from many colleges in west bengal but due to high fees and remoteness from my home i did not opt for those Institute.
