Remarks

The Heritage College has a huge Campus and great infrastructure with modern amenities. The College is also one of theist colleges for Bcom courses and has Technology enabled teaching, smart classrooms, multi cuisine cafeteria, etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

We follow the course curriculum as per the syllabus laid down by Calcutta University under the CBCS system. Professors are very good and helpful. They are supportive and friendly. They never fail to complete the syllabus and teach in innovative ways. Moreover, Professors are very good and helpful. They are supportive and friendly. They never fail to complete the syllabus and teach in innovative ways. Moreover, the faculty of the BCom department is great.

Placement Experience

We do not have a placement cell. However, Regular training is imparted to the students by the college, and Counselling sessions, seminars, webinars, and workshops also take place to fill the gap. The College takes care of these things a lot.

College Events

We have a huge campus with modern amenities including three large buildings, a multi-cuisine restaurant, gym, and a great Seminar Hall. We have a lot of events throughout the entire year including the Freshers party, annual fest, farewell party, and Sports Day.

Placement Experience:

Idk but i guess students become eligible from 2nd or 3rd sem. Idk what is the company visited but the placements are very good i heard that, avg package varies 2.4 lpa I guess. Right now i am doing internship so as of now i don't have plans.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is of course outdated. Teaching methods are old. No case studies, competitions or project of any sort is there in the curriculum. Although a project of 100 marks is there in the final sem, but I don't think that's enough. There is no practicality in the curriculum and usability in career. The syllabus really needs an uplifment.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is average , I chose this course because I wanted to do an honours degree and I'm from commerce background so my first pick was B.Com . They really put efforts to prepare students for well future , as I said earlier some teachers are genuinely very good helpful supporting and good at what they do . Something they need to approve is the 70% attendance criteria, I think they need to understand not every student is just persuing graduation they are doing some other courses or jobs etc so they can't maintain 70% attendance . The frequency of timing is average

In our college generally students get placement before the last semester exam. Lot of companies visits our college and give many placement offer opportunities to the students. The highest package was 6 - 7 LPA and on average it generally ranging from 2 to 3 LPA. About 60 to 70 percent students gets a different types of offer from different companies who visited our college, my plan is also to get a good and a decent package from our College

The best college for professional course students

Placement Experience:

Various companies come to this college for on campus placement Average package= 1000000 Highest package=2200000 Various multi national company and other big and small companies visit this college for on campus placement. Most of the students also get placement opportunities whether large or small package The opportunity is given to all degree whether it be bcom or bcom hons . Any student who does not get placed can easily use the degree to get a high paying off campus placements and to go to any good college or stay in this college for their post graduation.

I applied to Jadavpur University through their entrance exam, however i was not selected there due to my low scores in their entrance exam. Then through various research I found out about the course of BCA in internet, since I had taken a year drop I found it would be perfect for me.
