Remarks
It is one of the best college in India. I have preferred this because of the placement records, the companies which visit this college and the course curriculum. The most amazing thing about this college is the type of people coming here from diverse background.
Course Curriculum Overview
Our course syllabus isvery up to date and we are given enough industry exposure. There is a series of guest lectures called the "colloquium" taken by industry experts from different industry leaders. I consider Mr. Gaurav Marathe to be the best faculty.
College Events
Our course curriculum includes a wide range of extra curricular activities along with the management fest(Agon) cultural and sports fest(Rush) and Radix. We get participants from all over the country especially the student of B-Schools take participation in our fests.
Fees and Financial Aid
There are following scholarships available: 1. Central Government Scholarship. 2. OP Jindal Scholarship. 3. Mettl Scholarship. Though there are few more financial assistance available here. We are given educational loans with no collateral from Union Bank, CBI and Punjab Bank.
Campus Life
As of now, we do not have any permanent campus and our temporary campus is in Soochna bhawan Ranchi. Our hostel is in national housing complex, Khelgaon, Ranchi. We have all types of facilities including all the sports facility, Wi-Fi, music rooms, library.
Hostel Facilities
I would say the hostel of Indian Institute of Management Ranchi is the best among its peer IIMs. We have flats which are shared by a group of three or four students depending on the flat type.There are separate blocks for boys and girls.
