Course Curriculum Overview

All of our Teachers and facilities are good and they are very helpful for each student. The placement were good at our time 84% of our students got placed from every dept on average. And Every dept have their own prospective Internship and industrial visit i. e. Exide, HP, ATC.

Placement Experience

Our college's Mass recruiter company is TCS they took 60% students from everyone dept. Moreover companies like CTS, WIPRO, AMAZON, MICROSOFT, HP, BYJUS, MINDTREE, HEXAGON, ASHOK LEYLAND, CESE, NOKIA came for placement and 40% student placed in this companies.

College Events

Fresher, Biswakarma puja, Farewell, Flashmob, Nature camp, Fashion show, Science show and many more programs held on here. The most successful event held on 2018 Techno india sosthava the program held on Eco Urban city and it was 5 days Long. Where Singers like K. K, Guru Randhwa, Jonita gandhi and many other band came to play or got invited.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Every students have to pay Rs. 62000 on their admission day that includes 1st sem fees and Admission fees after that for every semester the university charges 40000-50000 for every semester on avg for every dept. And the exam fees is 2000 for every semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

I applied for WB govt multiple scholarship s and I got one form where I got Rs. 30000 every year. And I Took a education loan the college gave me everything and Every document to get my education loan.

Campus Life

There is no Racism no discrimination or no communal issues. Everyone behabe good with each other However samll incident happen over small things over miscommunication and misconception. Although our college authority took care this matter easily and carefully.

Alumni/Alumna

We were 3rd batch passing out from our college. So there was not much seniors. However the few seniors we got yo meet they were very positive and friendly amd gave us few idea what to do and what is best.

Admission

I got Through WBJEE JELET Examination. After 12th I did Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and that was 3 years Cource. After completing My diploma I attend JELET exam which held on May 2015. And I have apply for the Exam in march 2015 and the fees of the exam is Rs. 500 for everyone. Tehere were 5 sections in the examination Math, Physics, Engineering Mechanics, Electronics and Computer science or Nature science. The exam was 100 marks and 3 hrs time. And every section have 20 questions baesd on MCQ or theoretical and assumption. I answered 69 questions in the examination. After exam the result came after 40 days and I got to know I got 61 and my Total rank was 1290 and Electrics and Telecommunication dept rank was 135 so I attend the selection process and counselling Nd I chooses this college.

Faculty

5 days class were made by our college. Sunday and Monday is holiday. And for final year examination every student have to attent 80% class and practical. Everyone have to be polite and well behaved with every students and teachers. There is no such dress code however the college provide Navy blue T shirt for everyone boys and girls and black pants for everyone and Skirts for girls and also provide Blazer for everyone and the university charges 4000 for that.

Supportive Faculty - The professors are highly qualified, approachable and always willing to help students
Free wifi support - There are free wifi support for both student and faculty
Fee Structure - It is very affordable and low compared to other colleges in the region

Dislikes

Placement support is below average, and most studnets have to apply for off campus jobs independently, which is really pathetic in the era of ai where getting a job as a fresher is so difficult
There is no dedicated support or placment cell initiative to help studnets land meaningful summer internships or any kind of internships

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements starting from the 7th semester. For placement drives, we have to visit the main campus, Techno Main Salt Lake (TMSL). Since students from other Techno India campuses and branches also participate, the competition is extremely high. In the 2025–2026 academic year, fewer companies visited. Only two companies, Dronahost and WishCare, visited our specific campus directly. The remaining drives—mostly service-based companies like TCS and EY, along with a few startups—were conducted at the main campus. The remaining drives mostly service based companies like TCS, EY etc and quite a few startups has visited to main campus. The package they offered mostly in between 3.5lpa - 6 lpa. Furthermore the selection process of those startups is quite rigorous often consisting of upto 5 rounds of interview, two technical rounds with two technical interviews, and HR round My plans after getting the degree is either pursue an MBA or preparing for govt jobs

The everyday journey

Likes

I liked the campus . Their people and faculties are too great , they are also helpfull
The other thing i liked here is the play ground where students play with full of their energy and many game events are organised ocationally
The other thing i liked is the library where everyone use to study silently with poking others

Dislikes

Bad benches , like benches are too small to be fitted in our class I
In our department ac doesn’t work properly

Nothing specific just the campus attracted me Curriculum is preparing me for the real world approach and its doing good enough the academic pursuits is good Teachers should teach in a good way so that every student should understand Frequently the timing of exam is 3 hrs but sometimes it takes 1 hrs

The faculty are well taught and the campus is very beautiful . The buildings are like newly bulid . and the campus is very clean.
In our branch the boys and girls ratio is almost 16:11.
The senior behave like a friend and they help us a lot and they also very supportive.

Dislikes

The college campus is too small compare to other colleges.
The college classes are not regularly held and the attendance system is not very good.
The classes are very boing and sometime it feels like aa school and the labs are not held timely.

Placement Experience:

our college average package is 600000 per Anum and highest package is 1800000 per Anum according to recent data. and 80% of student got placed . And wipro , windows, tcs , siemens , tata like companies come to our college for placement. Core students are also got placed but many of them goes for hihger studies.

My experience about techno

Likes

Ragging free campus. Strict action are taken against those who found guilty.
Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious.
There are many fun events that happen in the college

Dislikes

The campus area is too small. The library is not good
The societies are fully controlled by students so huge partiality goes on.
Some of the teachers are mean and are not good.

Placement Experience:

From the 3rd year onwards , students become eligible for internships and stepping in 4th yr , students get eligible for campus placement. Techno provides decent campus placements according to your marks. Good marks also with skills get you better salary. Minimum 7.5 cgpa is mandatory to have you sit for campus placements. The lowest package is 3.4 LPA and highest vary but students also get 14LPA easily. Wipro, tcs ,cap ,gemini, amazon , ibm etc.

Likes

The campus is big and full of greenery with the vibrant feel of nature.
The students of the same batch are friendly and helpful.
The teacher's are friendly and helpful. They do provide helpful recommendations for the betterment of your future.

Dislikes

The seniors are overly harsh when it comes to 1st year.
The infrastructure could be worked on. The college lacks renovation.
The hostel does require everyday cleaning and renovation as well as the campus.

Placement Experience:

I don't know much about this but I guess from the sixth semester the students are eligible for campus placements. This year a student from AEIE got a package of 11.2 lacs per annum and the average is around 4 lacs per annum.

Experienced Faculty-students often appreciate a good blend of practical and theoretical knowledge.Faculty members in some department are often known for thier excelence knowledge and experience
Excelent Campus-techno india university has a large campus with excelent facilities such as libraries,labs,seminar halls etc. Some students finds this facilitries useful
Funs and Events-techno india university provides a vibrant campus life with events that span a wide range of interests

Dislikes

Time Management-the one thing that I disliked was their time management.They dont provide a proper shedule for exams,routines etc
Teaching Methods-some students feels that cirtain teaching methods(like a focus on lecture without without interactive learning or industry exposure) must be improved
Placement-techno india university does prepares thier students for placement they only give them the opportunity

Placement Experience:

Elegibility for placement-Generally students become elligible for campus placement in their 7th semester or 8th semester and there might be some prerequisties such as minimum CGPA must be 6-7 with no bachlogs Internship and pre-placement offers-many companies offer internships during the 6th semester or 7th semester and successful interns may receive pre-placement offers if their performance is good. Companies that visits campus: TCS Accenture Cognizent Infosys Wipro Capgemini Deloite Byjus Tech Mahindra Placement Percentage-On average 80%-90% of students may secure jobs through campus placements.However this numbers could vary across different departments and specialization Highest and average package-The highest salary offered at Techno India University was 24 LPA and the average salary was 4-5 LPA. Plans after getting the degree: My plans depends on placement.If I get a job of around 15 LPA then I will not do master degree and if I get job of around 4-5 LPA then I will do master for further great opportunities

The faculties are very good and very active. They are always ready to help
Campus is very beautiful and nice. Campus may be a little bit smaller but it is beautiful.
Environment is very good. And have a natural's beauty

Location is a thing which may difficult to find out.
Number of faculties are small quantity due to the college is newly established
Because of the college is new so therefore not huge like any NIT or IIT

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students become eligible for campus placements. There many service based companies visited like TCS ,Cognizant, wipro, Infosys. Almost 60-70% student placed in on campus. Highest package offered by TCS 9-10lpa and Cognizant 6-7lpa wipro 6-7lpa infosys 10lpa etc. 60-70% student getting placement I will go for placement
