Indian institute of technology is Best college of engineering in India. iIT kanpur is one of the oldest. I recommend it any day. Best life, best opportunities, best education everything is in there. Campus is widely spread with hospital, library, computer lab, internet connection, cleanliness. There is no lack of anything.

Course curriculum is very good. It teaches not only engineering but humanity, social science, literature everything. You learn by practicals, assignments etc. Also, there are so many festivals arranged by college so you learn about managing things. Exrta curricular activities like singing, dancing, art, sports of every type is also there for overall growth.

Indian institute of technology have there own placement cell. These people contact with the companies as well as start ups also to hire from college. Placement cell also provides opportunities for intern. Placement season starts after 2nd last semester. You can have one job through placement cell, after that you can not sit in placements. Although you can apply off campus.

Antargni festival is of cultural type. It hosts music night, fashion competition, dance and singing competition, mr and mrs antragni, and almost 50 types of events. This in span of 4 days. Sports festival also celebrated in which major engineering colleges of India participate. Name of festival is Udgosh. Technology festival is also celebrated where various technologies discussed, guest lecturer also come.

Fees is slightly more but if you are going to IIT, you can easily avail education loan from banks available at college itself. per semester fee is around 70000 including hostel fees. Mess fee is different from the college fees. Overall fees is expensive but looking at the quality of education, it is worthwhile.

I have availed education loan from state bank of india which a branch in college itself. They provide loans with minimum inconvenience. A branch of union bank of india is also there. Also, there are many scholarship are also available. I have availed merit cum means scholarship through college in which tution fee reduced.

Yes. Hostels are alloted by college itself. you can't stay out of college. hostels were good enough with greenery and cleanliness. Daily cleaning is done by staff. Hostel rent is with tution fee and mess fee is different. canteens are available also in every hostel.

Alumni network is available and they keep an eye on college activities as well juniors. Placement cell and alumni association keeps in touch with them. Silver and golden jubli celebrations are done. they are very helpful in many cases. From providing interns to placement offers etc. Almuni are active in campus.

Avergae age is almost fifty beacuse they have theoritical as well as practical experience. They have experience of industries too. Five day classes and depending upon the semester, number of classes are divided. On an average, per semester you have around 5 subjects.
