- Infrastructure really needs lots of improvements and lab equipments are fully broken.
- need alot of improvements in academics and rather than doing paid marketing each institution should work on their weak areas.
- They should work on professionalism and rather than offering multiple domain, inc the academics of main core branches shd be given more priority.
Course Curriculum Overview
Since curriculum was given by AKTU itself, colleges only has the power to choose elective subjects- Few subjects were my fav and helped me alot in lot's of different scenerios - like EDC,Network Theory and ofc VLSI Design was my fav. For ECE students - university shd mandate Satellite communication and VLSI Technology a compulsory as it's a kind of core subjects and in every PSU as well as govt exams , questions from this subject always been asked by authorities. More faculties staff's are required.
Fees and Financial Aid
for 1st year i've paid - 90,000 excluding transport fee. 2nd year again it was 90,000 3rd year - 80,000 4th year - 80,000 extra 5000 rupee was taken from my parents in the name of caution money and per year a student have to pay 7000 to AKTU as an examination fee.
Campus Life
yearly they organize a fresher party, farewell party and ofc a dandiya night. library is quiet good, but most of the labs equipments are fully broken and in my whole 4 years,we have only performed CRO based experiments in our 1st year only.
Admission
Since ,this college was in my city and a friend of my father was aware of this college + a friend of my own brother was alumni of this college,that's why i've taken admission in this college. Semiconductor was one of the fav and easiest subject for me during my school days and that's why after CSE i was fully sure about ECE, that's the reason i've taken admission here.
Faculty
for 1st year itself - since, students seems confused regarding college environment,they will provide their best faculties to 1st year students- those who have higher experience and literally have good knowledge (one can find HOD's from different dept) but from 4th sem itself , things becomes complex as only few faculties will going to take your classes and attendance becomes major issue. Our HOD has 1 rule - if more than 4/7 students will attend class then only she used to provide us attendance. and ofc if any student is relative of a faculty, that student can attend classes anytime and he was free to skip classes but for us we have to reach college at 8:50 AM and before 4pm we were not allowed to skip college classes anymore, as even if mentor is not present we have to seat inside our lab, it was mandatory.
Night Life
I was a Day Scholary and it's a kind of village like area and just 3-4 km away, one can reach to Sarnath Park,which is a kind of good place and ofc around this clg, lots of people provide home stay opportunities for outsiders and for girl's few family also provides room on rent.
