Remarks

great college

Course Curriculum Overview

4

Course curriculum is pretty wholesome covering every criteria of the subject in focus with future job opportunity. The exam structure is broad and inclusion seminars, field project, internal assessment, lab work, final examinations which are capable enogh to ready a student for future goals.

Placement Experience

2

No such placement facility available. Companies comming only select boys and none of the girls get placed.

College Events

2

Annual college day, sports day republic Day, independence day, these are the functions celebrated, including freshers and farewell party but no such things like college fest. Ozone day, biodiversity day n environment related days were celebrated in respective depattments.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The college fees is very feasible, very accesible for a very high population of the society. The fee structure itself attract many students from all over india. An annual fee of 18000 for post graduation n science is a good number for any family to afford for their kida.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

I did not opted for any loan Or scholarship. The fees was extremely affordable for a upper middle class family. The fees was very much relevant for my family to bare.

Campus Life

3.5

Gender equality is null in the college wrt the students. Seperate girls and boys campuses are there for post graduate students. Opportunities are also confined for girls. Where as in the boys campus the opportunity are more vast and dense. They have more rights and freedom of speech.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are helpfull and supporting. They helped us for everything we asked. Interaction was more dictator type n less firndlty.

Admission

After clearing the entrance exam. Counselling was held afeter which admission was taken on same day. Fees was submitted. Counselling was held on 5 june 2018. The classes commenced in august. Their is no hostel facility for girls because of which we had to search for rooms nearby.

Faculty

3

The faculty is well educated n eqiped with good knowledge. They were helping n supporting. As well as encouraging. The Junior staff is more approachable than the senior staff. The involvement of faculty towards the whole development of students is pretty less. Education is more number based than knowledge.

Course Curriculum Overview:

In terms of relevance and comprehensiveness I'd rate it an 8. We're studying how to save our future and that's the part I like the best. It really gives you an insight on what is actually the problem is and how we should tackle it down to save our present and future. Love the teaching methods.

Placement Experience:

I will go for competetive exam after this. But companies like labtron, og health care and omega do come with minimal packages like 180000-250000 which is really less for an msc degree. Highest packages go upto 650000-700000.

In This college, there is a placement cell to provide pavement to students. Although not every student gets placed some of them get placements. some students go for their higher studies and for that they provide coaching for NET. There are so many labs and companies in which you can apply for a job after graduating from your MSc in biochemistry.

HNBGU Entrance exam. I scored a total marks of 65 out of 100 and then was eligible for counselling. The reason to opt for this college was the latest course that was available only in this university(as told by our HOD). And we were also told that this university is the best one for pursuing Environmental Sciences Master degree.
