The course educational program is exceptionally better than average and intriguing, and it is structured by the college. It's especially useful in preparing the students for the industry since they have additionally included a couple of subjects like financial aspects, the board, and so forth.

The top jobs offered in our course are configuration heads, testing heads, coding heads, and so on. About 60% of the students got internships with a good amount of stipend and others were placed in top-notch companies with a package of 5 LPA-6 LPA

The fee structure of the college is affordable for students and amenities provided by the college define the fee paid for 4 years. The college provides several scholarships to the students also assist them with the loan and other stuff.

The college is more fun with studies as the college has different clubs and active participation of students make it worth. The college has annual fests where the student can showcase their talent and skills and there is also a technical fest organized by the college.

Admission

The admission in this college depends upon clearing the entrance exam JEE-MAIN and MHT-CET with 75% of marks. The students can fill the admission form online and proceed with the documentation process and complete all the formalities.

Faculty

The faculties hold an immense amount of experience in their field and help students make the best use of their knowledge. The classroom studies are very knowledge and faculties have 10+ year of experience which enhance our learning in the long run.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Practical v/s theoretical balance: Labs, workshops and real world projects are a core part of the structure, especially in engineering, design, and science programs. The admission process was good, you can take the admission through the CAP round or directly on the basis of your JEE Main score. The cutoff varies on the basis of the branch and the seats available. The application form and all the information regarding fees and dates are available on the college website or you can directly contact the institute. Maharshi Karve Stree Shikshan Samastha provides a lot of benefits for women's education, there are reservation benefits for SC, ST and OBC categories. General Category students can also avail many benefits through various Scholarships. It would be great and more convenient if the college focuses on fully digitalizing the admission process for students who are from different states and cities....Read More

Good Placements!! (That is all what matters right?)

I didn't take any entrance exams. My admission was purely on the basis of my JEE MAIN score. Cut-off varies according to the branch, and it is different every year. I found out about this institute through my uncle, who is an employee of TATA CUMMINS INDIA LTD. College gives numerous reservation benefits and scholarships to students but sadly, I didn't receive any :( The admission process should be digitalized so that it would be convenient for people who are from different states or cities because the admission process takes a lot of days to get completed....Read More
