University Provides Us a better Practical knowledge among other colleges and they put a futuristic syllabus. In order to prepare students to enter the workforce or further their education, two-year college programs should provide experiences that go beyond chemistry knowledge alone to develop other critical skills necessary for effective and productive professionals. Strategies for helping students acquire skill sets needed for successful careers include offering courses dedicated to student skills, integrating student-skill-focused activities into regular curricular offerings, and engaging students in research and internship experiences. Regardless of the approaches used, programs should also assess student skills and adjust the curriculum as needed to maximize their development. The curriculum should include the skills and knowledge of greatest importance to the program’s partners. Hands-on experience should be emphasized and employability skills, such as troubleshooting, searching and interpreting chemical literature, laboratory safety, communication, teamwork, and ethics should be integrated into the curriculum. Students should achieve a mastery of these and other skills required by employers prior to graduation.

I got an opportunity to interview in L&T and other state level manufacturing and top companies. In these placements, college invites several companies to their campuses to recruit students studying in that college. After analyzing different skills being taught by the college and the CV, company sets some criteria to qualify in several rounds and finally get a job in that company. Students who fulfil all the criteria and qualify in each and every round get selected.

We have a planned set of Fests every year for all departments respectively.We have different set of programs through out the year. This includes Technical Symposium, Seasonal fests… etc. Considering the overall college, we have different set of cultural events for college day celebrations annually. We also have different sports events in sports day celebrations. Where which the cultural thoughts, real sports faith will be exposed by students all over the college. Each fest will be honored by experienced professionals from various fields of expertise. Apart from these, our college annual fest will be with full of joys and it will be a series of functions like College day, Graduation Day, Farwell Day. Equal importance will be given by the management team to expose the inborn talents of students in different fields. The most important point is that, we also planned for seminars by various industrial experts. So that students can gain more and more Information about current industry perspectives.

Ganpat University offers Scholarship worth Rs. 3.00 Crore every year to more than 2000 students.

Yes. hostel blocks,both for girls and boys. Each hostel consists of a separate mess, administrative office, warden quarter and accommodates around 240 students. In addition to well furnished rooms, the hostel is complete with facilities like free hi speed Wi-Fi connection, gymnasium and other amenities for shopping, sports, recreation and entertainment. A shopping complex, consisting of about 30 shops, is constructed in the vicinity of the hostel blocks and caters to the daily needs of the students like groceries, stationery, laundry and grooming.

Teacher quality includes ability to deliver sound content with ease of understanding by students.In addition to using students to measure teacher performance, a senior and experienced person in the area being evaluated can be used and usually external evaluator or blind evaluation is best.Using the peers who are in same college or faculty could be sentimental. I suggest focusing on what is important and that is student achievement. It doesn't really matter who it is done as long as the students learn the material. I would suggest setting up course learning objectives and then assess how well the students learned the material.
