About GPERI
Gujarat Power Engineering and Research Institute (GPERI) was established in 2011 by Gujarat Power Education and Research Foundation (GPERF). The institute is located at Mewad on Ahmedabad–Mehsana Expressway in Mehsana, Gujarat. The institute is affiliated to Gujarat Technical University, Ahmadabad and approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. The institute has intentions to develop state-of-the-art laboratories and infrastructure to cater the need of high skilled employable engineers to the industry. The institute aims is to become a leader among the Technical and Research Institutes of North Gujarat and Western India by providing International level education and research opportunities to meet the local and regional needs of the Industries, Research Organizations and Entrepreneurs. The main objective of the college is to dedicate itself to Teaching, Research and Service. The faculty and research are the intellectual assets of the Institution as they help in cultivating the mind by transmitting the basic ideas & concepts.

you can apply based on your gujcet or JEE marks, if there are any vacancies you can apply. In this college MSc, BSc, also diploma and the engineering sector. Here also transportation facilities, and college time is 9:30 to 5:10. There are many labs available, and faculty members are good to students.

My admission process was really easy because, the ACPC center was near my house so, so after I got my 12th board result they told me about college. Their facilities, services, teaching methods and I found very convenient. My sister also recommend this college and then I enrolled in computer engineering.

- Labs of this college and sports opportunities are very best from this college and some faculties are also awesome.
Dislikes
- Proffessor change every year in my department isn't good.
- Canteen of this college is also not very good but it's expensive.

You can apply through ACPCE for admission. you need good marks in 12th and gujcet. Getting admission to this college isn't that hard but you need at least 50% in 12th. You can also get admission through the management quota and sports quota but in the management quota fees are higher.

If you completed your 12/Diploma then you are eligible for admission. You can go through the admission process of ACPC to take the admission. There are reserved for different categories. You can also get the scholarship if you are eligible for it.

Firstly I Filled out the application form through the Admission Commission for Professional Courses ACPC, Gujarat as a registration process. Submitted various documents online like identity proof, mark sheets and other related required certificates. For the entrance exam, GUJCET or JEE score was considered with 50% weightage. In the next steps, I have done a choice selection. Based on merit rank, colleges are allowed. Once I paid my fees my seat was secured and got admission to GPERI.

My college Gujarat power engineering and research institute is good if you are planning to study in near by location to your home but if you are intelegent and wish to aquarius good knowledge then i suggest this college is not for you

My college doesn't support any Extra curricular activities, they just force students to get only bookish knowledge, even though of you try to get permission to work on some projects on your own they won't allow is to do so.
Course Curriculum Overview:
In my college each subject have some credits.Using credit lecture load will be divided.If data structure have 6 credits and three theory lecture and three laboratory sessions are there.Each session is almost one hour.Now in one semester almost we study 5 to 6 subjects.And each subject have mid sem exam than internal and external submissions and viva also than each subject have main external exam.If i am fail in any subject than we have facilities to pass this subject in next sem! If i have more than 5 block of block than i am detain and start from first semester to pass engineering.Engineering is 4 year course.
Admission:
All is good, as college infrastructure and lab facilities, teaching is good as we are now the end of our bachelor's life.
