Overall it is good. Hostel management is half jn students hands. That part is good. But office staffs are not working at all.
Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum and teaching is very good. Research works are very good. You can get many industry related projects. Even I am working in one of them. After studying for few years. Application is what important so a good industry project will enhance your skills.
Placement Experience
I have got placed. But the placement overall in my department is not so good. Over a class of 50 students only 10 got placed. Core companies appear for placements but hire only few. In non core there is not much space for Aeronauit engineers until you prepare dedicatedly for that.
College Events
Anthragini, Techriti. Anthragini is cultural fest. And students from various institute participate in that. It takes for more than 3 days. Techrithi is a technical fest. Mostly workshops and seminars will be there. One can gain a lot of industrial experience there. It has also on stage robotic events. Drone flying and a lot.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Feasible till now but they are about to increase. Yeah they provide transperancey in the fee breakdown. For post graduate it is less as of now. But for under graduate it is higher. Post graduate students also get monthly stipend. So it will be easy for students to manage.
Fees and Financial Aid
There is institute Scholarship. It is based on gate score. For post graduates and post doctoral students MhrD provides mostly stipend of 12000 rs.
Campus Life
Girl students are less. Men to women ratio will be 70:30. Campus is so good. Very big campus. Hostel timing is 24/7 open. During exam times library computer centre and studying areas are 24/7 accessible. Other days it is open till 12 in the mid night.
Hostel Facilities
Very good infrastructure and seats and hostel rooms have separate bathrooms and they are clean and hygiene, around pg are hell hostel are best solutions.
Alumni/Alumna
Yeah. They help a lot during admission and during placements. During placements there should be help from seniors. Otherwise you will be not be able to make it.
Admission
Entrance exam is GATE. Get a decent score to enter this institute. Admission process starts just after gate exam results are out. Around March April. There will separate written exam too. You have to clear that too. It will be in May. And the college starts in August.
Faculty
The faculty members are very much helpful and understanding. They are like elder brother and sister to the students guiding them through. Faculty members are well educated and imply modern methods of teaching during the classes. They also help in solving doubts via social media.
