There's slight discrimination between marathi and non marathi students. Otherwise the college is a nice place to be with a very rich culture and there is a lot of chance for cross culture exchange programes.

The course curriculum/structure leaves you with a firm grip of Biotech and provied you with excellent base for carrying out research with sheer focus, however the exams and labs leave you with a hectic day.

I had a internship for 6 months at biocon ltd for which I had got paid 7000 per month. It was a pretty nice internship where it was foused on research and many banks/financial institutions provide loans.

There are a lot of brilliant extracurricular activities like football field, basketball field, tennis court, swimming pool, we even have a stadium. There is a gender ratio of 2:1-girls:boys. No student parties and freely open for everyone irrespective of sex, religion, political associations, ethnicity and economic status.

There is a very nice alumni association present in college which gives us a very chilly experience at what is going outside the college. They are quite helpful as they give us a proper view of what's going on in the current market.

Admission in the college is given on merit basis only, you caget admission by providing either of your valid JEE Mains/JEE Advanced or NEET or MHT-CET scores however there shall also be a personal interview with it.

The faculties are mostly M. Tech graduates who also have a PHD in the respected subject so yeah they are qualified enough to teach you a particular subject. Most of them are intrested to teach theur respective subjects.
