Remarks

A very good engineering college. We get a lot of exposure and meet various recruitment companies for recruitment. As our college is a govt college so many recruiters come for selecting candidates every year.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is good and at the same time scoring as well. In pursuing an Engineering course, you do not have to study hard. If your basics are clear you attend classes regularly you will definitely get a good job.

Placement Experience

Our college is a govt college so many recruiters come here for placements. All the engineering students can successfully clear the campus interview and able to get high salaried jobs. Our college also provide internships.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My total fees for this 4-year full-time course were around 2 lakhs. I took educational loans to pursue my course. And after I get my first job I successfully clear all my educational loans. Fees are not so high. It is not expensive and can be easily affordable.

Campus Life

All the extracurricular activities are best to attend and learn lessons.I never face any discomfort while attending this extracurricular event. Sports activities that held on annual sports day were very interesting.

Admission

I appeared in KEAM entrance exam and successfully cleared the entrance examination in two attempts.After successfully clearing my entrance examination I got this college through selection for pursuing this course.

As a Govt engineering college teachers are very serious and they have a great concern for their students. During my college days, teachers never miss attending our classes. Most of our college teachers were experienced ones.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

Placement Experience:

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.
