07 Nov, 2025 MAT December 2025 Registrations have started for MBA admission. Aspirants can register @mat.aima.in till Dec 7, 2025, for PBT Mode, and till Dec 15, 2025, for CBT Mode. MAT 2025 (Dec Session) will be held on Dec 13, 2025 (PBT) and on Dec 21, 2025 (CBT). For more details, check here.

Anjuman Institute of Technology and Management (AITM), Bhatkal was established in 1980 as a Muslim minority institution, and is currently positioned among the renowned technical institutions in Karnataka. AITM formerly known as Anjuman Engineering College is the prestigious unit of Anjuman Hami-E-Muslimeen (AHM) Bhatkal, a pioneering education trust founded in 1919, which manages more than 20 institutions, and is recognized as one of the premier educational organizations in South India.

AITM is the only institution in North Canara, which offers Master of Business Administration (MBA) course of VTU

Life at Anjuman institute of technology and management

Dislikes

The infrastructure of the college is a bit torn out and the paintings on the wall are a bit crumbled
The campus is very small and there is not much room to walk around and feel free

Admission:

I choose this college with regards to its fee structure as it is a lot cheaper than other colleges while providing almost the same facilities and giving us and experience of the college same as that of other colleges

Ok choice for Localites

Likes

Campus life is great, many fests take place as well as sports
Computer labs because they are modern and have windows 11 and Linux for networking lab
It is near to town which benefits localites

Dislikes

Network infrastructure is outdated and slow
Campus is relatively small as when compared to other colleges

I applied through kcet, I applied in this college and Sahyadri College in Mangalore, I got allotted the seat in this college so I have to take it and I had some personal issues that didn't allow me to go for studies outside of my hometown, my rank was 73 000 I have gotten an snq quota seat in the same college for electronics and electrical engineering but because I like computer science more I choose it although I got general seat.

Likes

Laboratory and computer labs are well managed with latest windows, and air conditioned

Dislikes

College is eco-friendly with good environment and greenery but some places need to be cleaned
Some classes are not well maintained and need maintenance

Admission:

Eligible for the course is obvious, need a minimum of 60% in each PCM subject, as for the entrance exam we can admit via JEE or KCET which is state level entrance exam, as for reservation, you can be admitted anytime with an additional fine for delay, but for hostel you need to admit as soon as possible.

College is very much good but not management. Management guys little kanjus to spend the money.
