One of Good colleges in Kolkata for B.tech

If I sum up my education life in ECE, it was fun, motivating, good and had a good impact on my professional growth. The teachers always helped us in giving our best and in working smarter and better. Overall, the college is good for any B.tech course.

The college strictly follows the rules and guidelines by MAKAUT and AICTE, the syllabus is good and solely focuses on strengthening the basics needed, so students can carry on with their choice of future in CS stream. Internal exams are also held timely in the college.

The college provides good placements and job opportunities for students. Skilled students have good chances to be placed in one of the top companies like Azure. Most of the job roles hired were for Software Engineer or Associate Developer. Most of the students got placed luckily.

The total fee of the college is 4lakhs, which is quite feasible according to me. As I also got some help from the scholarship I applied for, via the State scholarship. One can also apply for a discount at admission time if he/she had a good academic record.

Our college had a quite good infrastructure, we had many labs for electrical, computer science and others. The labs were equipped with good working computers and also the libraries were equipped with a good number of books, so there is no shortage. Students who are good in sports can also shine, as the college supports co-curricular activities too, sending students to tournaments for different sports.

I got admission in this college through WBJEE, you can also get a seat in this college via JEE mains. I applied for this college at counselling time and got a seat in 2nd shift. After that I visited the college to complete my admission process, I went through a small questionnaire and was selected to have admission to the college.

The faculty of the college is quite strict, and they were more of mentors for us, guiding us the right way, apart helping us in our academics. We are still in touch with most of the faculty. The faculty were sometimes friendly also and helped us exceed well in examinations.
