GNIT is the anti-ragging and anti-smoking campus. It has a very neat and clean atmosphere.
Course Curriculum Overview
Besides the regular learning process, GNIT offers us aptitude (Quantitative, Verbal, Logical) class. They also organise coding class and communication skill development class every week. These courses prepare us for the on-campus placements. Because the first step to crack on-campus placement is aptitude. Our students have sufficient has in this field.
Placement Experience
Most of the IT companies like Wipro, Capgemini, Infosys offers a job to our students. Core companies also there. Firstly, they take the aptitude and coding test. If anyone selected for the first stage they can go for the interview. Above the 70%students placed in our college.
College Events
GNIT offers technical festivals as well as cultural festivals. Most of the students take participate in this. All the students are very enthusiastic in this manner. In technical fest, there is Robo war, Tesseract, Micro mouse, poster designing. In cultural festivals, there are dance, songs, dramas which are performed by our students.
Fee Structure And Facilities
My college takes nearly 1 lakh in a year. The mode of payment is online. Only Examination fees treated as the additional charges(1200). Except that no other charges are there. The college provides transparency in fees breakdown. They always give us a bill which I had paid about.
Fees and Financial Aid
I don't have any idea about the scholarship as I didn't opt it. But the educational loans facilities are there.
Campus Life
My college life is comforting because GNIT offers us a homely community. I did not experience any kind of sexual orientation or gender. If anything occurs like that college authority should take their steps. Our college organises robotics or debates in every semester.
Alumni/Alumna
Most of the seniors are well-mannered. They help us as much as they can do. They also inspire us to take participation in Technical fest or Cultural fest.
Admission
I am eagerly interested in circuit design so I choose Electrical Engineering. From Google I got information about my college, GNIT. It is one of the top 10 private colleges. I got through the direct admission process. They checked my higher secondary mark sheet as well as WBJEE rank card.
Faculty
In our college all the faculty members, as well as the lab assistants, are well-educated. All the faculty members completed their M.Tech degree. Some of them have a PhD degree also. They give us a clear idea about the subjects. All of them have a good communicative skill which is beneficial to us.
