Spick and Span Infrastructure with Cooperative Faculty

Concluding our feedback, the college management is very efficient and takes care of each and every student, faculty and non-teaching staff well. Every complaint is looked after very minutely.

The curriculum is groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge. The department also arranges for industrial visit to various well-known organizations to give a first-hand knowledge about fieldwork to the students. The Institution also arranges for special soft skill and aptitude classes to make the students ready for on-campus placements.

Training and placement cell of this institution is quite strong in not only arranging industrial visits and training but also in providing students with their dream job before they pass out. The placement cell also arranges for special aptitude and soft skill classes to make the student's interview ready.

The events celebrated in our college are zyzzva, euphonious, tesseract, food envision, felicity, samannay, smart India hackathon, COVID-19 hackathon, fresher's welcome and farewell party. The events are quite huge in stature and students from colleges all over India participate in this affair.

My course fee is Rs. 4 lakhs in total for the four-year course. Mode of payment is both online and offline. No additional fees or charges were paid to secure an admission in our college. Yes, the college does provide transparency in the fees-breakdown.

No, I didn't opt for any scholarship or education loan. But our Institution provides opportunities of the same to students within a certain range of annual family income.

The gender ratio in our college is admirable. Students from all gender, ethnicity, race, religion, economic status and sexual orientation study here and are equally involved in all the cultural events that take place. The Institution believes in Unity in Diversity.

The Alumni Association of Guru Nanak Institute of Technology is quite strong with the purpose of creating a bond between the present and the pass outs which not only helps in personal but also in professional level in various aspects. It is made sure by the institution that the students are well connected with their alumni and thus various events are organized to suffice the purpose in both offline and online mode.

Food Technology is a field which is growing and expanding its root with each passing day. Few limited colleges in West Bengal have this field as a part of their course of which GNIT is one of them. This made me choose this college. The admission procedure in this college is very transparent and students are admitted purely on the basis of merit.

The faculty members are very helpful and friendly. They are well informed about their subject and provides us with the utmost knowledge. They also help us in doing our project work and provide us with many innovative ideas. They also provide various training and industrial visits for us with the help of training and placement cell.
