Like the two sides of a coin, every college has it's own positives and negatives. It's a wonderful experience to be here. The climate is very nice and campus also is very beautifull. Education system is also good.

The course structure and we get to learn in brief about safety in each field like construction, drilling etc. Our department has only end sem and we are give assignments and small class tests for internals.

Yes, college provides both internship and placement and our dept has 100% placements and for internship they send to very good companies where we can get good exposure and some companies also provide stipend and accommodation. As far as internship is concerned we get companies like Britannia, L&T hydrocarbon and construction, GSK, vedenta, Tata projects etc and for placements also the same companies come for recruiting along with other companies like amazon, myntra, essar steel, cholamandalam etc.

There are lot of events,symposiums and national and international conferences held in our college. Green up and national safety week are the events hosted by my department. Green up is an initiative to create awareness among the students about the importance of nature and each year new themes are adopted. It takes place for two days and also we the students visit govt schools, people of the nearby village and try to create awareness about the environment and the theme of the particular year. Safety week focuses on the safety aspect and students try to create awareness among the common people about the importance of following the road safety rules and its importance on their life.

The fee structure is a bit expensive. It amounts to 560000 at the end of two years though there are facilities, they can improvise on it so that its sufficient enough for all the students but on the whole it is a great campus where anyone would love to study

For btech students, if they clear college entrance exam it will provide scholarships and gate cleared students are given stipend when they join for mtech and they will be made teaching assistant of various faculties.

All students are given equal importance irrespective of the gender, caste, region. There are lot of cultural activities especially the wow Wednesday which happens every Wednesday and students are given opportunity to exhibit their talents like singing, dancing etc. There a lot of sports activities like football,basketball,table tennis, badminton,cricket, volley ball etc and there are facilities provided for the same. Most of the festivals are celebrated in the college which makes us feel at home.

Hostel infrastructure and view is good but for the kind of hostel fees they take from us for a year it is better to opt for outside hostels and PG so that your money can also be saved. PG take nearly 45000rs for year and outside hostels take around 130000 for a year but they provide various facilities like free laundry, washing machine, common fridge, induction etc but college hostel takes around 146000 but it doesnt not provide any of these facilities so it's better to take outside hostel or PG

Yes, they help us a lot in terms of providing information about the college, internships and placements and help us from not committing the same mistakes which they did. They also share their notes and advice us on how to study for exams.

I chose this particular course because it's a noble profession and we get to serve the people and contribute in saving the nature. I had a telephonic interview in which I was asked about by btech background and some engineering basics.

The faculties are very good, knowledgeable, highly qualified and friendly with the students. Faculties are well prepared for the class and the classes are mostly interactive. Faculties who are taking a particular subject have knowledge about the subject they teach and they make sure everyone understands the concepts.
