The college is an infrastructural marvel that blends natural beauty with well structured buildings. It offers you a joyful college life and awesome spots that revives beautiful memories of friendship and togetherness.

It's pretty much hectic and the exam schedule very tight which often blesses you with sleepless nights. Internal exams are now conducted as only a single test with more weightage than normal cases with 2 or more exams.

National Institute of Technology Calicut offers good placements for job and internships for forth and third years respectively. Many good companies are there with good offers and packages which makes a pleasure mind for students.

The technical fest of NIT Calicut, TATHVA is one of the largest fest in South India and students of almost all engineering colleges come to participate in this event. Ragam, south India's largest cultural fest is also being conducted here.

The fee structure is made according to the annual income of the family of the student. It is categorized to less than 1 lakh, 1-5 lakh, and greater than 5 lakhs per annum. It seems feasible and many scholarships are also provided.

The college offers many scholarships to most of the students like egrantz, MCM, and such minority scholarships. It gives an average of 10000 rupees per year which is very useful during fee payments. Many scholarships are offered to students of SC and ST.

NITC offered an efficient and good laboratories for students doing btech, mtech and PhDs in the Institute. It almost provides hours service so that we can go and approach whenever we wants. Institute has many grounds as football, thourowball grounds, basketball, tennis, volleyball courts and indoor games as well.

The college has total 14 hostels in campus which contains well furnished rooms containing beds, cupboard and tables. There are single, double and 4 shared rooms where single rooms have higher rentals than other two.

Institute keeps a vibrant relationship with their alumnis and students so that they are very much helpful to us. They give their valuable advices and comments on various job opportunities, higher studies and various countries where they are settled in.

The admission process starts by JEE mains exam followed by JEE Advanced examination conducted by national board. The rank lists are then published and the admission starts.According to rank list, National Institutes are allotted based on the preffered courses.

They are well qualified and often well informed on the subject. They have sound knowledge on the subject as well as the curriculum and most of them teaches well based on their knowledge. They are well educated and highly talented.
