About the college

College has crossed the 10 years after its establishment. Faculty here are helpful and supportive. Infrastructure is improving day by day. Guest faculties have also helped a lot in understanding the industry.

One of the college which provides the flagship course of hour. The course starts with the basics of hour mainly covered in Ability enhancement system, Motivation enhancement system and opportunity enhancement system. Exams consists of quizzes, presentation and written examination.

Placements are 100%. The average package is around 15 LPA. Major recruiters are IBM, cognizant, flipkart, amazon, rites, gail, ck birla, Michael page, samsung, EY, larsen and toubro, tata steel, tata metallics etc.

Agon management fest, Rush cultural fest, hour conclave, Maneuver, Ranchi premier league, Ted x ranchi, Participants are from the different college from ranchi as well as from outside the state. Colleges like xlri, iit Kharagpur, bit mesra, sibm participates.

Fees structure are feasible. There are number of banks which provide the loans easily. So loan is not the biggest problem here. Also, the hostel provided are of single occupancy so the hostel charge is value for money.

Scholarship are generally for the minorities students. The sc st students are given number of scholarship. Also, if a candidate wins the competition the OPJEMS scholarship is provided to him or her. I haven't availed any such scholarship.

Gender ratios is almost 50- 50. Students are given autonomy to function. We have student facilities committee who look out for the students needs. We have academic committee looking out for the academic function of the class. Also, there is cultural committee, sports committee etc. We have different bodies like hour club of iim ranchi, consulting club etc.

Hostel is single occupancy. Food here is also very good. Meals are provided 4 times a day. Early breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner are provided on time. Food are hyeginic and the vendor are upto the standard.

Alumni are the pillar of the college. They keep on mentoring continuosly and keep guiding at each and every step. Before placement season they help us in preparing for the interview. Also they provide us reading compendium.

Thourough CAT exam and interview after being shortlisted. Once the shortlist was out we need to appear for the written test and then thourough one round of interview. Also the different weightage was given for the diversity.

Faculty are qualified and have awesome pedagogy beneficial for the students. They use differentode such as presentation, case studies, simulation so that we get acquainted with the subjects. Also, there are number of guest faculty to teach us so that we have the better industry exposure.
