Mangement not student friendly and a fight conduct each year between marine and Tech students thats all.

I took admission in this college via WBJEE(West Bengal joint entrance exam) my rank was 37851 . I choose Information Technology because of I love programming and passionate about technolgy i choose this college because this college provide a really A+ hostel / residential facility. Only this college have 6 hostels .(H1,h2,h3,h4,h6,h7), h1 and h2 for first years ,h3 for girls ,h4 for technology student ,h6 and h7 for marine and bns students our hostel provide us Free wifi, laundry facility, medical checkup facility,and lastly 50000 accidential insurance for every residential student so i choose this college.

Our course syllabus under west bengal university of technology and I can assure you that syllabus is not modern but all the subjects are require for good carriers and I choose this college because faculty of our department really really great i am not comparing with other teachers what ever we are getting from our teachers that are great mean great, they are too much friendly and seroius about education.

Placements and job opputunities are good company like Infosys and wipro are fixed for evry year but if batch is luckky then tech mahindra, digi-tech etc company also come for placements our many of seniors are placed in TCS, Cognizent and other various company by off campusing.

First year freshers abhigraha is great and also our college arrang techfest known as sankalp a drama group name udan, a student charity center known as ajantrik at last cultural fest Impulse but from 2013 inpulse is not oraganized by college due some internal problems.

Loan is available from DCB bank, state bank of India etc i dont know better or details about this.

Gender ratio 3:1 student parities, band, drama parties etc. Cultural socity, udan politics no others questions cannot be answered due to some problems.

Hostels are great 2 students per room, 1 router for 4 rooms specially, each floor contains 2 bathroom hall and each bathroom hall contains 10 bathroom, 8 toilet, 5 urinal and 6 washroom food is also great, like biriyani, chillichicken once in every 2 weeks.

Alumni network is great our seniors helped us with their books, experience, and at last their valuable knowledge what happened with every hostel actually in hostel they are our brothers and they teach us how to go further now our hostels are also ragging free.
