Remarks

It is a good college I don't think there is any negative point except for the teaching area. All things are good in this college. The good thing about my college is it always remains green and eco-friendly.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite good as all thing is not dependent on study only lab work, assignment work, class participation, attendance detail also considered.it is good for students for getting good marks if they are not good at study yet.

Placement Experience

Placement and job are quite good going right now and maybe nearly 100% students got placed from my college. Yes, my college provides internships. I was an intern in the IoT lab and the experience was quite good.

College Events

All types of events are celebrated in my college from social work to dance and all types. KIIT has a lot of society where people can join of their interest and show or enhance their skills in that category.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's expensive for middle age family but all private colleges are like that only. So I think it's good as for me I am finding myself lucky of being in a college like this. Not all college are like this which gives this much facility.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't know about that. If there are I would be written but don't know about any scholarships yes if your KIIT ranks up to 50 they provide scholarships for those people but I don't know about any other scholarship program.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes, they are helpful as they are giving tips for their placement in the respective company. They interact with us and gives college or placement tips. They are not cruel and always answer and clear our doubts.

Admission

I got selected by merit list or by KIIT rank, where I have to choose my own which branch to take. As for counseling I have to come in KIIT and choose the branch which I wanted to take and I selected the information technology branch.

Faculty

Faculties are quite good in my college. As they are supportive, caring, responsible, and regular. They always help whenever we need at any time besides their busy schedule. They are understandable and helpful.

A well rounded campus life with industry oriented growth in college

Placement Experience:

placement at cv raman global university are good especially for cse/it . student becomes eligible from the 7th semester and compinies like TCS, infosys, wipro,capgemini, cognizant and ibm visit regularly. the highest package is around 15 lpa and average package about 4 to 5 lpa . aroud 80 to 90 % of cse/it student get placed. while non core branch recive fewer core offer but still get it/services opportunities. after my degree, i pland to start my carrier to higher studies for making me as a proffersor.

My first impression of the college I chose

Course Curriculum Overview:

The technical background and future influenced me to choose this course. The preparation for real-world applications or further academic pursuits are average. Theres no fair improvement needed in the course curriculum and teaching methods. The frequency of the exams are 2 sem exams and 4 quiz in class exams. The timings for sem exams are 3 hours while for quiz tests its 30 minutes. The difficulty level is average of all the exams

My Campus Life

Placement Experience:

After your 7th semi you will be eligible for campus placements Several reputed companies such as infosys,Wipro etc have visited our campus around my graduation time. The highest package offered was 6 LPA by infosys for the role of Data analyst while the average package stood at around 2.5 LPA to 3.2LPA . Approximately 60% or 6.5 CGPA secured students will be eligible for placements through campus drives. After obtaining my degree, I plan to Pursue higher studies like Mtech in a IIT'S or Niit hence i prepared for Gate 2 yrs .But meanwhile i was preparing for to get a job to take the responsibility of family so i started my carrer a a software developer.

KIIT has lost it's eminence and it's fame for quality education and good placement records

Placement Experience:

Placement record is not so good.. companies like Microsoft and Google have blacklisted KIIT due to poor performance and mismanagement by the KIIT in providing with the right candidates. KIIT shortlists students in basis of multiple tests taken on platforms like AMCAT and on that basics provides the profiles of best performing candidates to the companies invited for campus hirings regardless of the field and job specifications and requirements, so basically KIIT has a very below average performance Training and Placement Cell as they lack decision making and management skills to segregate candidates for hirings according to their skills and not by their general scores and CGPA. NOTE: Companies have shown least interest in KIIT for last 2 years and the poor performance of previous batches and mismanagement by KIIT authorities. KIIT promises 100% placements but that is actually far from reality.
