Remarks

The college is very good it's fee is less as compared to other colleges. This is purely central government college and provides so much facilities to its students. The negative thing about it is that there's is lack of innovation and new ideas in the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course is really impressive. There are 2 internal examination which and one final examination in a semester. The syllabus is not so vast so it's easy for the students to focus. There are lab examinations too

Placement Experience

The placements and job is not that good for diploma students. Generally local private companies come to our college to give diploma students the placement. But for BTech the placement and job opportunity is good.

College Events

There are many technical and cultural activities that are celebrated in the college. They are impressive in size and students get the chance to show their talents accordingly. Celebrities are also invited for the entertainment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee Structure is really impressive according to the facilities given to us. The fee is very less as compared to other colleges. For diploma it cost only 8500 per semester and for BTech 31000 per semester.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are many scholarship and loans provided for the students who got higher ranks or who is economically weak. There is no need for the loan though because the fee of the college is not that expensive.

Campus Life

There are many labs in the college in each blocks for the experiments. Our college consist of two big grounds which consists of basketball coat, badminton coat, cricket ground and for many other games. With our studies we get opportunities in sports section too.

Alumni/Alumna

Yes the seniors are very gentle and helpful. The hostels are separated according to the batches and course but still they manage to help us in the projects or our studies. There's no worry about ragging and all.

Admission

First i filled the online form from the college website. After the final submission of the form the date of the examination and admit card was revealed. After the exam the result arrive within 10 days and now i was selected for the counselling according to rank.

Faculty

The faculty is very good. All the teacher's and professors are very helpful and support the students very much. The teaching style of the professor is really very impressive. The teachers and professors are highly qualified.

I applied in sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology in first seven round but I got electronic engineering which I didn't want, so I waited for special round and then I got Computer science. I am in general so I didn't get any quota for admission but obc and sc st have quota in the college. To get into sant Longowal institute of engineering and technology, you have to give entrance exam and the cut off of the college generally goes around 130-140 for general category.
