My college

Overall the college is good with good infrastructure facilities. The faculty members are also good. The dress code followed by the college helps one to stay in discipline. They should make minimum attendance 75% compulsory and stop taking fines on most of the things.

The course curriculum which the college follows is different from other colleges as it's an autonomous college. According to me the curriculum is mostly theory with less practical exposure. The exam structure is like one doesn't needs to study if he/she pays attention in class as the questions asked are same which are taught in class except in language subjects.The grading system is also very good of the college.

The placement offered by college is almost same as other colleges and it's basically on ones ability to get placed. The college allows its students to do internships and part time jobs as it makes students get more experience and build their confidence. Until now I have not experience any internship so I can't say much about it.

There are both intera college and inter college events held in college for all departments. The college does it's annual day called nithyanjali which is and cultural event and also organises various conferences both on national and international level.

The fee structure is comparatively less as from other colleges. The starting fee if one is an cbse student is about 60000-90000rs for management department courses which gets reduced to 55000-85000rs in the second year.

The college mainly provides 3 types of scholarships which are achievement scholarship, extra curriculum scholarships and jantian upliftment scholarships. Achievement scholarships are given to students who have performed exceptionally well in academics (scored above 70%) and have attendance of 85%or above. Extra curriculum scholarships are given to students who have performed exceptionally well in sports, culture or other activities. Jayantian upliftment scholarships are given to students who belong to minority groups

In the college female students are more than male students but till the college supports gender equality. The computer labs of the college are not very efficient as they need upgradation while the library is well equipped with all the books that a student needs for reference.

The seniors of the college are every helpful and treat their juniors as friends. Although at the time of intera college fest they act harshly towards the Junior but then they do it to make one get experience.

I filled the application form online in the college and paid the application form fee in the reception of the college. After 2days the college published the merit list of selected candidate having percentage above 70. Then I received a mail from the college for stating my selection and calling me to complete the rest of the admission process by going to college with the necessary documents. When I visited the college the receptionists asked me to go and get my details filled with one of the faculty members and then submit the documents and college fee. At the end of this process I met the father of our college who personally welcomed each and every student.

The faculty of the college are very helpful and understanding. They try their best to make the concepts as clear as possible so that everyone understands it. The teachers encourage the students to take part in different activities which will help build their future.
