Remarks

Should improve the process of study. More smart classes should be given and should incerese the books no of library. ,.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

The structure of the course are too good. many higher level of study we can do at the same time but it should be a problem for non meritorious student. In my subject of philosophy there no use of lab. So I didn't want to give any opinion

Placement Experience

2.5

Our college is not an technical college so I Think it is not applicable. Ya we have BBA And BCA courses in the college but I am not personnaly interested in this matter. But it is clear that the placement is not bad

College Events

4.5

We celebrate a lot of fastivals and programs every year. the programs are organised by various departments. special credit to nss group of our college. rabindra jayanti, maatribhasha dibas, republic day and others.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is not too good and not to bad. it is light from others college of asansol under KNU university. for BA honours the average fee one have to pay 6 to 8 thousand in total 3 years. Examination fees are extra

Fees and Financial Aid

I dont know about any scholarship or loan directly paid by college council. I got a scholarship thought college that is Swami Vivekanand merit cum means scholarship best I know from cm fund.

Campus Life

3.5

If talk about gender ratio its same as 1:1. many of exhibition was held in the college. we have a student union in college mainly sopported by tmcp. Its work too good and too helpful for students.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I haven't opted hostel as my home is 10 minits far from the college but many of my friends live in the hostel. The hostel fee is not more than 1500 per month. the rooms are few but it is enough for students

Alumni/Alumna

In our college there is an alumni network that provides scholarship to meritorious students. I don't know about the actual process of the network but its too good work. The alumni provides some of 5000 rs to each students who qualify the interview

Admission

I simply qualified by merit list but it should be entrance examination because i think its the best way to choose the best one. many student who had a facede a problem in the past examination can't qualify the merit list system.

Faculty

3.5

In every department there are 1 or more teachers are PhD. They are very helpful to us. but some faculties have decent type interest in there profession. The guest lecturers are also helpful to as.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I used to read so many novels from my childhood and that inspired me in getting attracted to this field. We used to have the fecility of having seminar in the end of every month after compleating of each lessons. And this process helped us in true education. After every year professors from differnt parts of the country used to come for a seminer for overall groth of the students. Actually is theory teaching style is followed in the college, according to me some developments in the practical teaching can be used. Semister is held at the end of every six months and the exams are used to be moderate in nature.
