The university management has turned out to be very helpful to the students. The eligibility criteria for admission of students into Chandigarh University involves the following the student should have a min 55% in 12th/intermediate exam. The student should have appeared either in JEE or CUSET. The students who score good marks in JEE or CUSET are also eligible for scholarships.

A Majority of the faculty members are doctorates and are alumnus' of IITs, NITs, IISC and other foreign universities. The faculty members have good industrial and teaching experiences. They are always available for the students to clarify doubts or help the students.
