Student politics does not take place in the college. The college provides a beautiful atmosphere for tge students. They are ready to help us in any situations. They are many counselling classes conducted at our college. The faculty of the college is highly educated.
Course Curriculum Overview
We have exams after the end of each semester, and exams are to be written in 3 hours. Lab exams are conducted at the end of the sem after completion of the experiments. We have a total of 6 subjects out of 150 marks each (50 internal). Internal marks are on the basis of the marks obtained in the series exams, and the punctuality in submitting assignments. The theory paper is on 100 marks, and requires a minimum of 45 marks for passing excluding the internal marks.
Placement Experience
Many of our former students have been placed in well reputed comanies across india. Companies like Eicher, starlabs, TCS, etc provides placements in our college. Royal Enfield provide internship in oru college and provides a stipend of about 4000rs.
College Events
The cultural and technical fest of our College is known as Azure, it is conducted at different times, one in tge odd sem and other on the even or according to the time provided. Our college also conducts an intercollege Basketball competition called Arena in which different colleges from various districts take part. Also last year an IEDC summit was also conducted at our college.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fee varies with years and course of study. Its is feasible to an extent, the fee for a semester is about 40000. Which includes the tution fee, infrastructures fee, exams fees. Fee can also be reduced by negotiating with the college manager.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college provides various cash prizes for toppers. They have a TBI facility which funds for any genuine projects conduted by students. Fee is also loww for students from any minority. Students are provided with a good cash reward at tge end of their course if they are chosen as the Gem of AJCE.
Campus Life
As the hostels are govered by Revenat fathers as wardens, they are strict and parties or such items doesn't take place, eventhough religious ocassions are very much celebrated. Our college provides Bachelor's for 7 different courses and each department hosts their own workshops and events in which every student gets the opportunity to participate. There are no discrimination on the basis of genders on any a Other sorts. The college have a good amount and is highly economic.
Alumni/Alumna
Our Alumnis have been placed at very reputed companies and earn hefty salaries. They are very helpful and we can approach them casually. Aluminis have been placed at different parts of the world and they provide us with good advices and ideas and also is an advantge for us after we pass out from our college.
Admission
I got admission on the basis of my 12th marks and entrance. I have chosen Metallurgical and Materials engineering as my branch, and this is the only college in kerala that offers a bachelor's degree in the same.
Faculty
The faculties are very much qulified, and many of them are from NITs and IITs. They have a very friendly approach, and are very much motivating. We can approach our faculty on any issues regarding our academics. They have vast knowledge on their subject.
