Faculty are very good and also very supportive
Clean and neat campus and very calm atmosphere
Updated technology and syllabus are added in each semester

Dislikes

I didnt like the hostel warden she is very disturbing character
Hostel food some days very low quality food provide
Not provide college bus to students they didnt provide such facility

Fees and Financial Aid

Amal Jyothi College of Engineering offers a two-year MCA (Lateral Entry) program with a fee structure of approximately rs 1.56 lakh. The tuition fee is around rs 25,000 per semester, with additional costs including rs 10,000 for special facilities, a one-time admission fee of rs 500, and exam fees of rs 2,625 per semester. A refundable caution deposit of rs 5,000 is also required. Scholarships are available for students ranking within the top 500 of the LBS entrance exam, contingent on maintaining a 9.5 SGPA.

Campus Life

My experience Good college for students. There are good support teachers. Syllabus is updated every semester included. will assign each mentors to do all the project work. They will help us from start to finish. It's a somewhat stressful life. But after the exam 90% students are pass in their exams

Admission

I chose this college. To study MCA in two years. Then one of the best college in kerala. This means if we have 60% more marks in degree then we can directly join MCa LE.I never did in any other college, I applied by bus and here I was able to join right here

Faculty

Each semester 2 internals and lab activities and exams are little bit tough but we get a clear idea about the subject through the exam and we have to make a semester plan. Faculty are very supportive.

Placement Experience:

For Integrated MCA, students become eligible for placements since the 9th semester. For Btech, its 7th semester. Some of the companies that visited our college are SOTI, UST, Leopard Technologies, Safran Digit. There are many other companies that we can apply to but those drives are not conducted at our college like experion technologies and G10X technologies. Our college is the only college in Kerala from where students are hired by Safran Digit. I have gotten placement in G10X technoologies private limited.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choosed MCA at Nirmala College due to several reasons: • It is a course which is open to anyone who has passed any bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% and above. The only prerequisite is that one need to attend the annual LBS MCA entrance examination to secure admission to this course. • The syllabus of MCA in this college is affiliated with that of MG University, Kottayam. It is a vast syllabus covering various applications of computer science including programming in various languages such as C, Java, PHP, Python, data structures, algorithms, statistics, data mining, machine learning, software engineering, networking, etc. • The course is theoretically good but practically it doesn't really equip all students with enough knowledge and understanding to be placed in a good IT company. Some portions could be excluded from various theory subjects such as Networking with TCp/Ip and Algorithms Analysis.

Placement Experience:

students typically become eligible for campus placements strarting from the 7th semester of their engineering program. preparation for placements starts in the 6th semester. Infosys, Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, IBM, Amazon etc. the numbers of offers made varies each year, but on average, each major recruiting company makes 5 to 20 offfers during the placement season. Highest package can go upto 15-20 LPA offered by companies like Amazon, oracleetc. and average package range between INR 4-6 LPA like profiles offered are Software Developer, Data Analyst, Project Manager etc. Approximately 70-80% of eligible students secure placements through campus recruitment drives. My pan is to secure a job and after getting stable then trying to do my wn business in this field.

I have completed BCA so I followed its corresponding post graduation . There are 7 faculties at Calicut University campus for MMCAand a Lab assistant. The faculties must complete post graduation or any higher education (PhD or net qualified). In MCA exams are conducted by sem vise so there should be a semester exam after each. It is not that much easy to pass these exams so need to focus on each subjects thoroughly
